What a nice place. First time here. Had a hard time deciding on what to get. End up with the pick two deal. I had the Chicken Bacon Rrancher Sandwich with Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup. Delicious. Wife had the Green Goddess Chicken Cobb Salad, paired with the turkey and cheddar sandwich. Very good also. They were super busy, yet the line went smoothly. Very clean, friendly staff. Love the Fireplace and the drive through.

Service here non existent. There’s no one to help you order no one at the front register, apparently also cash is frowned upon here. As soon as you walk in there’s 3 kiosk where you are forced to order, the kiosk are slow very slow, takes forever for it to respond or go to the next screen. It’s is cumbersome to use laggy, and no idea what the deals are. Also looking for your favorite item is a pain, and there’s no one to ask to see if they got it. The kiosk doesn’t give you a receipt or anything to let you know that they have your order. I had to go to the other side of the restaurant and figure that there was a screen with my name on it. Horrible experience, I used to put up with the high prices here because of the awesome service, but now there’s no service. So I will be dropping Panera from my roster of restaurants I frequent. I am writing this lengthy review while waiting for 2 sandwiches and 2 soups and they are taking forever.and I guess online orders take priority over the people here because I see my name keep being bumped to the bottom. Awful, place is dirty. Will not come back

I had what could have been an awful experience, but the women I talked to at the Riverton Panera were amazing! I ordered through the app for a delivery (which then goes through door dash). The expected time for delivery came and went. As expected, I was frustrated. All that the app told me was there was a delay and that the order had been prepared. When I called, they explained that a dasher came to pick it up, but ended up stealing it. My task was then to call door dash and have them send a refund to Panera so they can remake the order. So I did. It was inconvenient but pretty easy all things considered. I called Panera back and they explained that they would get right on it. Well. It had been a while again so I was about to call them again and see what the status was. Next thing I know, there is a Panera employee (not a dasher) walking up with my food! She was so kind and apologized for all the inconvenience! I get it! None of that was their fault. It was on that original dasher. Anyway. All that to say, I’m super grateful for the employees who helped today! They were super helpful and made everything happen so I still got my food! THANK YOU!

So happy there’s a Panera in Utah. Lunch time is busy so seating will be limited. Kiosks are available to order your food and customize to your liking.
Staff keeps up with cleaning tables.
The cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl is my favorite! And the Bacon Avocado Melt is delicious the chipotle sauce is not spicy on it and I liked it.
Bakery items seem to change, could be a seasonal thing . The Almond Braided Croissant is like eating a pancake with syrup so delicious. Candy sugar cookie is soft and the chocolates are DYE FREE which is a win in my book
Strawberry Mint Lemonade is refreshing you get the hit of mint at the end.
I look forward to coming back each time , I always try something different.

Service is good. Reason for the low rating is my husband noticed a hair in his sandwich. The employee kindly replaced it and gave us a free baguette.
However, what really bugged me was all of the employees working the kitchen (male and female) all had their hair down and in their face. If they had their hair pulled back I wouldn’t have had as bad of an issue with the hair

I’ve never been disappointed when I’ve come here at all.
The service was fantastic- the lovely individual who took our order was very friendly and social, we had a good chat about travel.
The menu is always changing so there’s always new things to try.
I had the turkey sandwich (half) and Cesar salad with chicken (half).
I had a fountain soda as well.
It was very filling and delicious.
I love the fresh bread and bun you get even though I’ve never understood why you’d get a side of bread with a sandwich.
It’s one of my favourite chains to visit.

Loved this place… been meaning to try it for a long time. It’s basically like Zupas—but better—with delicious bakery desserts. Based on the recommendation of the cashier I got the toasted frontega sandwich—it was amazing. The combination of the smoked chicken, fresh basil and chipotle and rings of melted provolone was incredible. Their ciabata bread is amazing. I also got the bacon Mac and cheese which was killer. Got the pecan braid—was really good—Reminded me of the ones I would get in London that were shipped in daily from France through the tunnel. Also tried the French dip—was excellent—the steak was juicy and flavorful the sandwich want dry and the au juis was nice potent and flavorful… an definitely going to come back here and try some of their other soups and sandwiches
