I explained that we had dietary restrictions that we were working with and the cashier was super understanding and cool about it, but apparently that didn’t get back to the kitchen because they put beef on the taco first and then took it off and swapped to potato instead of just getting a new tortilla…. Effectively rendering the tacos inedible by anyone in my household. Really disappointed that they chose to do that.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I found a piece of plastic bag inside my taco, which is completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing.
Food safety should be the absolute minimum standard, and this clearly failed. It ruined my meal and my trust in the brand. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by the lack of quality control.
On top of that, when I walked inside, there was a clearly intoxicated homeless woman talking to herself, and management did absolutely nothing to handle the situation or ensure a safe and comfortable environment for customers. That alone made the visit extremely unpleasant.
After this experience, I will never return to this Taco Bell — or any Taco Bell location. I would not recommend eating here.

This taco bell had great speed of service and such a friendly staff! i love coming here! Lila was the one who took my order today, and she was super helpful answering questions about how the combos work, and overall just a very capable and kind person!

For late night snacking it doesn’t get any better than t bell. Their food at this location is great. It’s always hot and put together well. They have never messed up my order to date! For T bell locations this one is one of the best ones I’ve been to.

I asked for the nuggets combo. Barely came with any food. When I asked for the strawebrrry dream baja blast, she barely spoke English to me, but insisted that was it. There was no cream or Baja freeze mix in it so I just asked for the blue raspberry, to which she gave me an attitude and filled my large drink only 3/4 of the way full instead of full. Then when I opened my bag. I was missing the sauce to my nuggets. So I asked for a sauce, she told me it was in the bag. Clearly I am looking in the bag, and said it wasn’t. Again. Gave an attitude before saying she couldn’t give me an extra sauce. I said I didn’t even receive one sauce. To hold out on sauces and then come to find out when I really do pull away, give me less food than what I should have received for what I paid for is crazy. This Taco Bell is cheap. The service is horrible. And you will get less than what you paid for. Beware before going here.

I always appreciate when Lewis is working the drive through! You can instantly tell it’s him because he’s consistently kind, Patient, And professional. While some of the other workers can come across a little rude at times, Lewis always makes the experience pleasant. He takes the time to get the order right and makes you feel like a valued customer. Taco Bell is lucky to have him!

I have a pinto bean allergy and I ordered a Mexican pizza in the drive-through today. I ordered no beans with extra beef and I got full of beans and spent 30 minutes vomiting. And this place can’t even bother to answer the phone. It would be zero stars if that was possible

I stood around waiting at the mobile order pick up shelf completely ignored, unacknowledged. Same at the counter. After 11+ minutes waiting on my mobile order that was supposedly ready, I was literally waving my arms around at the counter making eye contact with employees, trying to get anyone’s attention to see where my food was without yelling at someone. Finally, a lady showed up, argued what my name is (Stephen), questioned if I even paid for it while looking at my bag, then gave me my order that was hidden behind the counter getting cold the whole freaking time. Why even have the shelf that specifically says “pick up mobile orders here?”
