This is probably the dirtiest and slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited over 25 minutes for food. The place was not even busy. Literally every table was filthy. Dried up ketchup and trash on tables. I can’t believe the management / owners
run this McDonald’s this way. Definitely will never step foot in this McDonald’s again.

Food was definitely fresh. You know when you go to a McDonald’s and you’re like these these fries suck. I don’t even want the fries at this place were banging. Parking is free, but only while your customer don’t think you’re gonna park there long-term bathroom doors are locked. The front counter gives you a code to get in.

Service was fantastic! Very fast. I forgot to ask for ketchup in drive thru, so I asked the employee who brought out my food if I could go in and get some. He said he would get it, ran back inside and brought it out very quickly. His name was Sean, working on 12/5/25 at 6pm.

Shrinkflation is out of control. A McChicken which costs $3 is the size of 2 chicken nuggets. They got the order wrong and made it plain so I didnt even get a whole sandwich. The wait time was about half an hour so the food was cold. Just all around a bad experience.

Even though they originally forgot my McChicken in my first order they made it right when I came back. The same person working the drive through I’ve encountered before…. They have such wonderful customer service skills other workers should take note. I would of wrote off the place if not for the person working the drive through on Oct 28th at 11pm.

Waited almost over 30 minutes for breakfast, I ordered a hash brown, drink, pancakes with sausage and bacon, got some wrong items, had to get it corrected, the reason I have this at 2 stores I because the people that helped me were nice and there was someone that worked there who remembers my mom so that’s nice.

Went here with my wife and kids since Monopoly is still going on. I got a big Mac meal with a large fry and large drink. My wife got a large fry. Non of us got any physical game pieces. That’s literally the only reason we went to McDonald’s instead of another restaurant. On top of it the Fry’s were undercooked and my big Mac hardly had any sauce so it tasted like a bread and lettuce burger. I recommend everyone avoid this location.
Edit: I was reached out to by the General Manager of this location after leaving a one star review for my visit. It was clarified to me that their distribution for the Monopoly pieces ran out way earlier than anticipated due to it being “while supplies last”. Since the game pieces not being on items seems to be more of a corporate issue instead of an issue with this location, I’ve upgraded my original review.

They gave my husband the wrong sandwich, also didn’t toast it right as well as it was a stale bun and cheese wasn’t even melted. Then to add to it….the guy didnt remember to give us our apple juice for my son so we had to wait until we got his attention to get it.

Stopped 1-9-2023 got 2 double cheeseburgers they were thst burnt an dried out. I gave them to my dogs. The sad part is the person that made this sandwich thought it was acceptable to give to a customer. It doesn’t do you any justice to call an complain. Mcdonalds customer service sucks
