I ordered four potato tacos, paid for the food, and took it to my job site. However, when I opened the order, it was completely different from what I had requested. I was very hungry, so I called customer service. The representative apologized and assured me that they would double-check next time. I feel that the staff is not professional and could benefit from more training to improve their skills and communication with customers.

Happy to see dine-in open again. Sadly, only available to order at kiosk. Opted for text message receipt. Never came through, no way to verify placing order.. still waiting on food, almost an hour now.. checked with associate, order is submitted, still waiting for a $12 order. New system doesn’t allow your have drink while waiting on order. Disappointing. This isn’t the way Demolition Man portrayed Taco Bell in the future. . As I continue to sit and wait, over an hour now.. I notice, not having a front counter person also means there is no one to maintain and watch the lobby.

Place was clean, visible crew working cohesively to get the order correct. We ordered a Grilled Burrito Box and with NO MEAT on any items and asked for extra Onions in the items and the order was delivered perfectly. Two add on drinks and one with the box. The server asked if we wanted an extra drink that was made at no cost and we gladly took it. There were a few couples dining inside while we came to make our order to go. Will definitely come back here. 5 stars for the crew and their cheerful attitude.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme combo with chicken instead of beef through uber eats, paying extra $2 for chicken. Granted, it’s not much but whats the point in paying extra for them to not even put it on? Taco that came with it was mainly sour cream and just fell apart too. No one cares anymore, you can’t even get a quick lazy meal anywhere without there being some sort of issue now.

unfortunately my disabled elderly friend went inside to order but there was NO posted MENU, he felt very frustrated, he went to a “screen” and it was asking for his app info of which he do not have, FRUSTRATED he walked out NOT purchasing anything & will never go back.
I do not understand not having a posted menu. This is not ADA accessible & disenfranchises senior, elderly & disabled customers from services. It is a disservice to NOT provide posted or printed menus for customers requiring this modes of menus.

11-5-22: Updated review-This place has gone severely downhill. They serve about 4 drive-through vehicles for every dining customer, so dine-in takes forever. A Nacho Taco Supreme is now $3.39ea, and it’s a joke. There was about 6 grated pieces of cheese on it, 1/8″ of meat, a dollop of sour cream, and the rest was lettuce x 2 of these. The Mexican Pizza didn’t fully make it into the box, so it broke, and the amount of meat on it was pathetic. $20 meal for 2 that was worth maybe $5. We ordered dine-in, and they bagged up our order. 4 taco’s in the bag…not wrapped well, and put in upside down. Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast food. Sadly not anymore. Inflation has hurt and we don’t eat out very often. It will no longer be at Taco Bell in Placerville.

I came here and got two chalupas which were horribly over cooked. I let it go initially but tonight I went and got 2 orders of steak garlic nacho fries and very clearly asked for 2 small dipping cups of sour cream on the side. Instead I got fries drowned in what looked like 2 measuring cups of sour cream. Also the drink had no syrup so it tasted awful but that’s not the employees fault. Overall most of what i paid $30 for was inedible aside from 3 tacos that were ok.

Taco Bell is always good this one had especially outstanding service very quick and the order was correct The place is very clean parking lot is not too crowded easy to get in and out try the cravings menu such a great price for a lot of food although they did forget my mild sauce and hot sauce not a big deal though.

$8.49 for missing ingredients and spread so thin. Not worth your money! Rip off! This is the last time I will ever go here and I live across the road. I stopped for a quick snack as we were on our way home and had trouble finding something worth what Taco Bell charges. However tried for the $8.49 Carnation Bowl… I got about 5 ounces of whatever this is. NOT what’s pictured and super small. Not even enough for one person. Missing black beans and guac! They had 9 employees inside I counted.
A few months ago I got beans and rice and it was a table spoon each and definitely not what was pictured and a mistake so I had asked if that’s the correct portion and they said no refunds and that’s exactly what I should expect. I was just asking a question about it and they were offended. Once I parked and looked at this I knew it was poor management and cheap leadership.
This time you’ll see what the Carnation bowl is advertised at and what I got. And not a single bite taken. Such a rip off.
