I would not recommend Chipotle to anyone anymore; this place proves it. A few years ago, the food was better when they had Pollo Asada on the menu. When it was gone, Chipotle changed with it. The portions were getting smaller; a burrito was the size of a ball. I get that they have college students working there, but please train those guys… I don’t want to get a ball of something and not a burrito.
Right now Chipotle lost it’s reputation in my eyes and I would not recommend on going there because of one chain that opened which is called “Tacoria”. Tacoria is what Chipotle was at the beginning, plus they added a spark of love in their food, it tastes and priced much better.

Place is disgusting with garbage on the floor, I ordered online so I didn’t have to wait and could just run in. My order added beans (which I am allergic to and didn’t order). I then threw out the beans and tried to finish it anyway and realized it was sour cream instead of queso, which I paid extra for. Saying this is double chicken is also a stretch. It’s great to “tip the team” when they can’t put 4 ingredients together 25 mins before I pick it up.

I would be very careful everyone! We frequent this place at least once a month or so. The portions are usually good and the food is fresh. However, we might not return anymore as I almost cracked a tooth last night on a huge bone hiding in my chicken bowl. I’m not sure how such a large piece could be missed. This is a huge and preventable issue.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I asked for extra cheese on my bowl and received the smallest portion I’ve ever seen at Chipotle. When I politely asked again for extra cheese, the employee working the line deliberately picked up a few shreds of cheese, twiddled them in her fingers, and dropped one single shred onto my bowl. When I questioned it, she repeated the same behavior again.

This was not a misunderstanding — it felt intentional, hostile, and childish.

I then asked for a side of cheese. She immediately tried to force the cashier to charge me for it and told him to add it, despite how absurd the situation already was. Thankfully, the cashier Juan handled it professionally and did not charge me. He was the only employee acting appropriately and deserves recognition.

To make matters worse, when I asked for salad dressing, Juan went to grab it and this same employee stopped him and said they were “all out” — despite the store having opened less than 30 minutes earlier.

This interaction was uncomfortable, rude, and completely unnecessary. Chipotle is fast casual — not a power trip. Management needs to seriously address this employee’s behavior. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a Chipotle and it ensured I won’t be returning to this location.

The service was beyond expectations and the beef/steak were way overcooked with a tiny amount left. I asked if there was any fresh ones. The staff rudely answered NO!!!at 530pm. How can you not have any fresh steak or beef? The tables were nasty and no one cleaned them. I know it’s only Chipotle but you guys should have done better!

There’s a rude girl here. She told me whatever I see is what they have and then had the nerve to give me attitude. Honestly she needs to be careful. If you don’t like our job find a new one and she knows she’s rude she doesn’t even wear a name tag. Stank young lady. I denied service I’ll never go here again.

Absolutely awful experience today. The employee Kelsey (not sure if that’s how it’s spelled, but I asked another worker for her name) was incredibly rude from start to finish.

I watched her be semi-polite with the group ahead of me, asking all the normal questions like “bowl or burrito?” “what kind of rice?” “what kind of chicken?” It wasn’t anything over the top but also wasn’t how people should be greeted. Anyway, the second it was my turn, I was met with nothing but a blank, cold stare. No greeting. No questions. Nothing. I had to awkwardly start my order myself just to move things along.

She made my tortilla and went through every section, rice, beans, meat, sour cream, lettuce, without saying a single word. NOT A WORD. Her demeanor was stank the entire time. Not a smile, not a bit of effort, just attitude.

And let me be clear, this is not a language issue. She spoke perfectly fine to the customers before me. I’m Hispanic and fluent in Spanish, so I know that wasn’t the problem. This was just plain disrespect.

Even after I paid and was leaving, she kept giving me looks. It was honestly disgusting behavior from someone representing a brand I actually love. I’ve never been treated like that at any Chipotle, and it made me feel completely unwelcome.

If a manager happens to read this, please reach out. I’d really like to discuss what happened because this level of unprofessionalism should not slide. Everyone can have a rough day, but there’s no excuse for treating paying customers with that kind of attitude. People who treat others this way are a cancer to the brand.

0 stars. Do not go here on Tuesday or any day after 8 pm. One person working the line. No tacos(on taco Tuesday?????) no beans, no quac, no napkins , no spoon. Poor management ! I recommend customers to add 10 minutes and take the drive to another location

Food was ok. But that black girl with the pony tail on the line and that Hispanic guy with the dreads caught an attitude all because i asked for more food and i was paying for it. This is the second time Im having an issue with Chipotle. CAVAAAAA! Would never!

This is soo aggravating. Tired of working my butt off and get poor customer service, bad vibes, and energy!

Quite literally the worst experience I had at a chipotle, I’m not a clean freak, nor did I give the girl a problem, I work in customer service so when it comes to making complaints about certain things I want to tread lightly and give someone the benefit of the doubt, but this was just a collection of many people working at that location that didn’t care for their customers and jobs. but the customer service was absolutely terrible, the girl did not have an apron on, and when I paid in CASH she received it and followed through with the next customer even though she didn’t change her gloves, which I thought was really unsanitary. When I ordered the meal I saw that she gave me half a spoon of what I ordered, and when I asked her for a little more, she literally just gave me 1 more piece. Along side that, the meat was dry, the corn was stained purple? And the entire dining room area was a mess. All in all, there is better chipotle locations around this area, that have better food, better workers, and a cleaner environment.
