On 12/29/25 at approximately 2:46pm, I went through the drive-thru at the Jack in the Box located at 1190 E Pacific Coast Hwy Long Beach, Ca 90813. During my visit, the drive-thru employee made an extremely inappropriate and offensive comment toward me by calling me a “fat ass.” Because I asked him for ranch and I gave him the avocado one and asked him if he can trade it, and he tossed it in the trash in my face, and asked me what do you want. This comment was unprovoked, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be verbally harassed or body-shamed while simply ordering food. The incident left me shocked and upset, and it reflects very poorly on your company and its standards. This guy also did not offer me a receipt nor did he repeat my order or greet me.
I am requesting that this incident be investigated and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding the outcome of this complaint.

The first time I showed them the hair on the fry and the cashier tried to lie and say that it was just something in the ranch dressing when the fry I showed this didn’t have any dressing on it. She then proceeded to claim that it was the burnt texture of the fry until I lifted up the hair to show the other employee. After going back and forth they finally gave me a new batch of waffle fries.
Second time I was eating and noticed a hair on the box clear as day. I just gave up after that.
They need to work on being more sanitary. It was absolutely unacceptable and I should’ve reported it. I posted some pictures of the waffle fries.
It’s my first time eating these from Jack in the box. They have a good spicy taste to them. I appreciate the service here. Thank you.
This happened on Wednesday October 1 around 10:40 2025 and it was a shorter lady who came up to the restroom disregarding our restroom privacy.
