Iam writing to file a formal complaint regarding a horrible experience I had at one of your Jack in the Box locations.
On 12/29/25 at approximately 2:46pm, I went through the drive-thru at the Jack in the Box located at 1190 E Pacific Coast Hwy Long Beach, Ca 90813. During my visit, the drive-thru employee made an extremely inappropriate and offensive comment toward me by calling me a “fat ass.” Because I asked him for ranch and I gave him the avocado one and asked him if he can trade it, and he tossed it in the trash in my face, and asked me what do you want. This comment was unprovoked, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be verbally harassed or body-shamed while simply ordering food. The incident left me shocked and upset, and it reflects very poorly on your company and its standards. This guy also did not offer me a receipt nor did he repeat my order or greet me.
I am requesting that this incident be investigated and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding the outcome of this complaint.

I ordered some waffle fries twice and both times had a hair inside.
The first time I showed them the hair on the fry and the cashier tried to lie and say that it was just something in the ranch dressing when the fry I showed this didn’t have any dressing on it. She then proceeded to claim that it was the burnt texture of the fry until I lifted up the hair to show the other employee. After going back and forth they finally gave me a new batch of waffle fries.
Second time I was eating and noticed a hair on the box clear as day. I just gave up after that.
They need to work on being more sanitary. It was absolutely unacceptable and I should’ve reported it. I posted some pictures of the waffle fries.

I always come to this jack in the box with my gf who has autism and buy something every time even if it’s a emergency stop to use the restroom only knowing it’s inconvenient for the company to not buy something and today as we were driving she had to to use the restroom and was going to poop herself I told them if we could use the restroom it was an emergency so they unlocked it then they told me I couldn’t go in with her so I didn’t want to argue knowing I have the full legal right due to her needing assistance so I told her go ahead but she didn’t want to without me and also for the fact there was no toilet paper in this kind of emergency so instead of buying anything after going we left sadly I won’t be coming here do to the disrespect even in the beginning nobody was was ready to serve when I walked in and they ignored me until I told them it was an emergency loudly and I got upset due to poor customer service they were even giving me dirty looks before I could even ask anything and the only thing I noticed was we were the only white people inside and they treated only us bad compared to the other workers I had to rush through traffic risking my vehicle so she wouldn’t shit herself
This happened on Wednesday October 1 around 10:40 2025 and it was a shorter lady who came up to the restroom disregarding our restroom privacy.

No disrespect but this place deserves 0 stars they want your money but will skimp your entire mean. Constantly low on ice & napkins. I love JITB but the staffs & managers at this location becomes very rude when you question their mistakes ♂️

I’ve been to this jack in a box so many times and gave them so many chances. But it’s like the night staff can’t get it together I ordered two orders of the 2 for $1 tacos two kid meals and poppers and buttery Swiss jack. One poppers were old cheese inside was dried up super greasy buttery Swiss jack was not it was basically given a jumbo jack with cheese. No tacos in the bag and got one kids meal wrong. Ridiculous and instead of handing it all together in one bag they give me four bags and drinks no cup holder. Had to ask for plastic bag and cup holder. Get it together JITB frl.

Walked up just for all the doors to be locked. So I went to the drive thru to ask just to get a vague response about the inside being closed. The sign says they close at 11 but its 830 so they cant be closed. Bad service.

It feels like the people that work here don’t like their jobs and take it out on the customers that come in. There is zero empathy or attention to service. I felt profiled coming in. We are and asked for the restroom and some lady that worked there that was on her phone the whole time just told us that the restrooms were out of order when they were not. Does anyone even address these issues or will it continue to be a bottom level underground Jack n the Box? We had a couple of chicken sandwiches below par and were refused for restroom service. Unbelievable, we will never return to this location.
