Yes! Believe the reviews, save yourself the time and go to a different location…or a different restaurant altogether…I had never been to this location because everytime I passed by it looked like it was closed down. No cars in parking lot or customers on the inside, and now I understand why. I ended up stopping yesterday and was disappointed…Slowwwww as ever when there was no one inside or in the drive-through. I stood there waiting almost 10 mins just for someone to come acknowledge me even though there were guys in the kitchen looking into the lobby at me. When the cashier finally came, I guess she came from the restroom from the looks of it; I told her I was there for a mobile pickup (Whopper Jr meal and Kids Nuggets Meal) she told the guy in the back what she was needing and he abruptly yelled “I Know!” As she proceeded to inform him of the other items she was needing, he used the same time and irritation. I guess he was agitated because he needed to prepare the food like it’s not his job to do so. I waited another almost 20 mins before the order to finally be prepared. Then when I received it, the whopper jr was missing onions and cheese that I paid for and it was COLD on top of that!! I had already left and didn’t want to bother wasting anymore of my time going back. This is ridiculous especially because there was no one else there, what else did they have to do besides get the order right?!?! This occurred yesterday…
Today is the next day, I come to pickup an order for my customer. When I pulled up at 7:15am, two guys were just entering the store to open up when they were supposed to be open at 6:00am.
Yea just go ahead and close down this location, they’re over it at this point.

This will be my last time ordering anything from this location. I was told to pull up and wait. I didn just that. As soon as I received my food I noticed My French fries were so hard like they were cooked multiple times. My burger was not fully cooked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Most disgusting Burger King I have ever had. The whopper tasted dried out, the French fries tasted like old grease. Once I seen who the ran it, I understood. Won’t ever be back at this location. 10 down

I went through the drive through and just wanted an order of fries. Should be simple enough right? NO! The fries tasted like the grease hadn’t been changed in two or three months. The employees obviously don’t eat the food there because if they had they would have noticed how bad the fries tasted. Had I not already been out in traffic, I would have taken them back. But because I was already in traffic, I just closed up the bag as tight as possible because they were starting to smell up my car. They smelt rankj!

Sat for over 20mins in drive through. Took my order 3 times and still got it wrong. Told them that you can’t see the menu on the drive-through screen. That there were branches and trees all in the way. They did remake my order, but it was done slowly and still wrong..

Honestly please close this location or hire new workers. I went to another burger king without any issues.

Dining room was locked, customers had just come out, I guess they were mopping. It was noon, a busy time. Many people walked to the door and were dissapointed. An employee was just on the other side of the door and ignored my presence entirely. No wave, no”we are temporarily closed for cleaning”, nothing. The employee wouldn’t even look at me. Drive through took almost 30 minutes. I had been craving burger King for a week, now I’m not sure why………..

The worst burger king ever. Low quality of food and the service is even worse. Been there couple of times to place an from the drive thru and they were either having system issues or will make you wait for over 20 min. Staff there is very rude and will give you so much attitude. I would rather drive 15 min away to the other location where you get your order within 5 min after placing the order and it is still hot and fresh.
