We walked into this location out about 9:33 p.m. on 2/5/26 we almost didn’t want to go inside the restaurant because the female employee was already picking up all of the chairs and putting them on top of the tables but, we went in anyway. The female employee was about 10 ft from us and didn’t say one word, no greeting no nothing. She was sweeping the floors and doing some mopping she put down her mop and came over to the front counter and said “what can I get for you? I gave her the order and she went right back to cleaning. When the food was done she put the mop down and came over and touched all of our food with the same exact hands that she just got done picking up dirty chairs and holding a dirty broom stick and mop stick not to mention touching the bucket as well. We were disgusted watching this. She could have at least slapped on a pair of gloves. We also noticed that she wasn’t wearing a name tag, so it’s hard to tell you which employee it was. Going from cleaning to food serving without washing or putting on gloves is literally a cardinal sin in any food service environment. Probably won’t be going back to this location again until the problem is addressed. Note: putting chairs up a half hour before the lobby closes is not a good way to keep business rolling in. It makes it look like the doors are all locked up and everything is closed down, outside of the fact that you can’t really sit much of anywhere in order to eat your food. A lot more training is required at this location.

We ate at the Loveland location on 1/9/26. Our total came to $21.46 for a chicken sandwich, a roast beef and cheddar a couple of drinks and 2 orders of curly fries. We no sooner sat down and our food was ready.The reason it was ready so quick is because it was already sitting there. We were served cold rubbery fries and barley warm sandwiches. The kicker is when I returned the fries to the counter, they all of a sudden had fresh fries. I asked the manager why they served us cold food and her reply was they wanted to use up what they had before making more.so she knew she was serving old cold food. We frequent this location often and have never had an experience like this.some higher up should counsel this manager on good customer service.

about 30 minutes ago they gave me a French dip after asking me park out front with waiting for hot cakes but the did not include the auju sauce with it. I called to put my name on a list or my address for a coupon and i was I would have to drive back and to get a refund or sauce and it’s just not worth it considering it’s out of my way.
Unfortunately this sandwich is really plain and they forgot the cheese and now just only good enough for the trash because we did not get our other sauce’s either. This sandwich never had a chance I guess.
Enjoy my 8 bucks!
This location struggles with two sandwiches orders don’t waste your money at this location it’s always something incorrect unfortunately.

The evening shift sucks. Day crew is nice and chatty. Night crew doesn’t even say welcome to Arby’s. Parked me for chicken, will take 5mins… I’m waiting it’s been 12 and my fiance went in and has been waiting almost 5mins.
Just watched staff who cleaned the bathroom, take the trash out after and then go being the counter and bag food. Gross.

The lady is dismissive, the food is gross and the fries taste like nasty old oil, the store itself is lackluster and boring. And every single one of these reviews are replied by the same sad, I won’t actually do anything to change crap responses. This is exactly why people widely hate and take all this crap about them. NEVER COME HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

The only time I ever come to Arby’s. The summer return on their Chicken salad sandwich. It’s the closest chicken salad to my homemade one, but I don’t have to chop everything up myself so it’s a win-win for me! I’m glad that their sandwich is consistently good. It never disappoints. It’s not a healthy option by any means (at 840 calories) but still, it’s a cold option on hot days and “feels” lighter than a heavy burger. The ingredients are always fresh, juicy grapes, crispy lettuce and celery, crunchy sweet apples and the soft whole wheat bread. Yum! This location has some very friendly staff and I VERY much appreciate that they have so many seniors on staff. I ordered my food to dine in but got it to go instead of dining in. I always get the unsweetened tea with this sandwich and it always tastes freshly made. The only reason for the 4 stars is the manager or shift leader, whoever is in charge there today. You can hear her being loud and rude to the employees by correcting their “little mistakes”. No need to talk to you employees in a harsh and condescending tone. And respect your elders. Be a nice human being, you catch more bees with honey than with vinegar. If I’ve learned one thing after being a director or manager for many years….you’re a much more effective leader if you follow the golden rule, treat others how you wish to be treated. I’m sure your guests don’t want to be hearing you belittle your employees while trying to enjoy their food. Otherwise, all esle was great.

Fries tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil got mostly broken pieces of curly fries that were stale. .75 cents for a cup of cheese that was like a third full. Basically enough to mask the dirty flavor of 1/4 of my broken fry crumbs. The gyro was good surprisingly. The dining room floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in quite a while. When I was in the restaurant business. I trained people often. One thing I told them is deliver satisfaction because they find one thing wrong then they begin to look around and see what else is wrong. If I had gotten a full cheese container I probably wouldn’t have noticed the other issues.

My chicken sandwhich was raw in the middle. I took it back and got a refund, but they didn’t remotely care that they had a dissatisfied customer who they gave unsafe food to. If they had just said a simple, “sorry” I wouldn’t have even written this. This is the second time I have had to get a refund from this specific place due to issues with the food, so I won’t be coming back and recommend you don’t either.
