As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They have you waiting while looking at you and not trying to assist when DoorDash orders come thru, I don’t know why they have the DoorDash app when they take care of customers pulling up to pay instead of customers already paid online. No one should wait 10-20 minutes for a paid order. Then to have them just standing and complaining is crazy work.

I really want to file a lawsuit for false advertising! I’m seriously allergic to onions and mayo yet it was placed on my food! The negligence of the employee could’ve caused me a fatal allergic reaction had I taken one bite of my sandwich! I was traumatized to the point of nausea from the smell of the onions! I had to pull over and let down my windows because my throat was tingling and I popped my epiPen! Thank God for how fast I reacted! Purchased bacon that wasn’t placed on my sandwich! No BarBQue sauce on the brisket sandwich, barely recognizable as brisket meat! I don’t want to experience it again so I’ll take Checkers/Rally’s off safe places to eat! This a warning please check your food when ordering at the drive through! Do not leave even if it means holding up the line to have it corrected! Take photos if you must! I pray this reaches corporate but I don’t think they will care much just some random coupons that’s it! The gross negligence alone was enough to stop me from spending money at Checkers/Ralley! -100 if I could give it! DoBetter Checkers! The bread was just barely toasted too

I wish to give zero stars. The tall African American older women with light brown eyes customer service skills are atrocious. I witnessed her yelling at the cook for trying to help. She gave me order 30 minutes later. She held back some of my food. I had to knock on the glass for her to give me the rest of my order. I’m not sure why I returned. I will not make a 3rd trip. She only washed her hands when someone was looking. She was very sweet to the man that was in front of me. Terrible!

This is the only checkers I’ve been to where my order is always wrong in some way. I will not be coming to this establishment again. I ordered the bbq brisket Buford and it was rung up as a bbq bacon Buford. Before I received my meal I asked the cashier to confirm my order was rung up as a bbq brisket Buford and she confirmed it was, when I received my food it was a bbq bacon Buford and she told me that the were no longer serving bbq brisket bufords despite the fact there was the sign out front right next to the window claiming that it was still available for order. The bbq bacon Buford has tomato on it and had I known that I wasn’t going to get a bbq brisket one like I wanted I would have ordered something completely different. The bbq bacon Buford wasn’t even that good, order the baconzilla.

Attention free sandwich 1st time users, be sure to tell or show them that coupon is for 1 free sandwich not 2, because person knocked iff 1 sandwich from order, but i only ordered 1 sandwich w/drink.. i was told and insisted my total was $9 for my lg drink.. so be sure that they know most importantly the drink is 3.79, and 2nd coupon is for “one” sandwich.. amen
