That was OUTSTANDING! The service was top notch and the 80s music was a nice touch. The food was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. Eating awesome Itialian food while listening to Michael Jackson’s Beat It….come on. Doesn’t get much better than that. I will definitely be back!

Excellent food, service was outstanding! My wife is in a wheelchair and the restaurant made sure our table was ok. Maria was our server and just did an excellent job. Found this place by accident, and so glad we did! The mushroom appetizer was almost a meal.

This was my first time going to Salamone’s restaurant. I was very happy with the whole experience from your whole staff . Very friendly and welcoming like you part of the family. First off I have to say the lasagna was one of the best I’ve ever had, but my experience was less than perfect. I was dinning by myself and I am glad because I couldn’t hear myself think. Patrons were so loud. When I was ready to leave it took way too long to get my food boxed and my check. My waitress stopped paying attention to me once she started getting other tables. I normally give a decent tip since I’ve waited tables myself but not when I’ve been ignored. I will order takeout next time.

Great food, I’ll be here again. I came here because I was servicing the roof and couldn’t help but smell the food and pleasant aromas from coming from down below, and decided to come back with the family and was very pleased to try the food here, you won’t be let down. As a person who stayed in Chicago most of my life and ate at various Italian joints, Oggi’s being my favorite place this is just or if not better than what I was use to getting from the big city. You’ll be a fool to not want to eat here. The meatballs and spinach stuffed mushrooms are amazing 10/10 I really recommend you come here.

Classic Italian! We had the seafood fettuccine and shrimp with angel hair pasta and both were excellent. Service was prompt and very courteous. Drinks were above average price but food was a good value for the amount. We want to try pizza takeout next time.

I mostly order delivery but have eaten in the restaurant a few times. The atmosphere is beautiful. The food is mostly good. I have had a few times where it was different and have learned that certain nights are better than others. Mostly the food is fantastic. Pizza is usually my go to but I’ve had their Italian beef and fish and they were both awesome. Also their wings were pretty good. Delivery drivers are always very kind and I have had a couple times when my order was messed up but I have linked that to their old ordering application and has been updated since the issues and I have never had a problem since the update. The only thing I do not care for is their calzone because they put sauce inside it and it is not my preference, if I wanted that I would just order a pizza.

We love Salamones! We have been eating here for years and recently had them center our wedding. We had a number of guests who were gluten and dairy free and they were so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. The food and service is always phenomenal. Hands down the best pizza in the state line!
