I got the two meat plate and I really liked the burnt ends. They had a good flavor. The Mac and cheese was really good, it was very cheesy and creamy, just how I like it! The okra was really good as well. The breading was just right, not overly cooked and it stuck to the okra well

Veronica was a absolutely fantastic server. I was actually extremely impressed with her. My husband and I had dinner Friday night. She made us laugh. Recommended a very good appetizer. And was on top of the drinks. The Texas blueberry drink was not only beautiful but extremely good.
It’s not often you get good service, good food, good drinks, and good conversation. We will be back. And absolutely request to sit in her section. What a fantastic employee. Wish I took a photo of my food and drink to share!!

We tried Prairie House last Saturday for lunch and the food and service was fantastic. The appetizers were delicious. The lunch portions are huge. I had the chicken fried chicken breast, okra and French fries with gravy. This dish was perfect. The atmosphere was perfect. Give them a try and I bet you will be happy you did.

Will was amazing! He guided us through the Dirk beer, gave us some insider info on a nearby spot, and suggested other foods that ended up being total winners. The service was super friendly and personal—it felt like he really cared that we had a great time. Honestly, it made our whole visit feel special. Because of him, we’re already planning a return trip. Staff like Will are exactly why I love coming back to places like this: knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely helpful. Can’t recommend enough—if you’re here, ask for him!

This is a great restaurant in Old Town Lewisville. This was our first time eating here and we were not disappointed.
We started with the Brisket Queso, delicious. Taylor chose the Monday lunch special, 8 oz. Sirloin with mashed potatoes and green beans. I picked the Smoked Brisket with Fried Okra and Roasted Corn Off The Cob. We also decided to get an order of Burnt Ends TO GO. Prices were good for the amount of food that you get.
They have nice outdoor patio seating which is also dog friendly. BUDDY gave this restaurant a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. He licked the plates clean. We will definitely eat here again.
The waiter said they have live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights!! It’s nice to see the revitalization of Old Town Lewisville, everybody go check it out.

Visited for the first time for my birthday. It was pretty early in the afternoon so it was calm and quiet. We had kids so we expected it to be a louder atmosphere to blend in but it was nice. Server and manager were great. I came as I was craving a steak. Steak was amazing. My sides were ok.
