This woman should not even be a manager I was here for DoorDash My order going on 30 minutes past pick up time and if it wasn’t for the man coming out and looking at my phone for the order now let me back up I had already showed it to the employee twice They had lost the ticket It was a very simple order three fillets and an eight-piece spicy family meal. Before she started in on me after all I did was trying to ask for an ETA to let the customer know, 15 minutes prior she was having an attitude with the new employee about some french fries saying something along the lines like you don’t want to get me aggravated… Definitely not the type of person that should be managing any type of store

The food was piping hot and so good. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean.The staff Tam and Shay were very nice and had great customer service. They were very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted and they really know their job. Please make sure you acknowledge them and let them know that I gave them a good review they really deserved it! I will definitely be back to that location that was the best customer service I have gotten in a very long time. Let them know I said thank you and they need more food workers like them in the industry.

Well finally a very friendly employee at Popeyes. We went inside to a friendly and smiling face. Of course their spicy fried chicken is great. I love the crunchy, crunch.
The red beans and rice were definitely better than the last time I ordered them and the Cole Slaw was good too.

Only 3 of 4 pieces arrived with meal. Very very little meat on these tiny chickens. Rice was hard and dried out, bean sauce had almost no flavor. 15.50 spent so I could go back to work hungry.

This place is a travesty lol. I don’t know why I go back every 6 months hoping it will be different. Showed up, no one in drive thru, hardly anyone inside. Told they would be right with me twice. Took 13 mins before they finally came back on the speaker and took my order. Ordered a 10 piece meal at dinner time. Was told they didn’t have any chicken and it would take 15 mins. Drove off for the 3rd or 4th time that I’ve gone there in the last two years. Don’t know how this place is still in business. Don’t waste your time. I promise you it’s not worth it.

I’ve gone to this Popeyes several times and each time I go hoping it won’t be as bad as last time. My experience today solidified that I will not be coming back. The TL;DR of my experience below is that the customer service at this Popeyes is truly horrible, they always miss giving you an item, and even if there is no other customers, you have to wait a long time for your food to be done, even mobile orders.
I always put my order in via the mobile app so I can grab my food right away for my family and not have to wait a long time. Each time I’ve done this, my food is never even started when I get there (even when I request it “be ready” by a certain time). I would normally chalk it up to them being busy, but there is never any other customers there when I go. I asked the employee about this and he said it was their policy to not start it until the person gets there. Funny, cause at no other Popeyes I’ve ever experienced this.
The employees seem like they just dont want to be there at all and are upset you are ordering something. I always walk in with a smile, but I am greeted with scowling and lack of care. Today, the one teenage boy working behind the counter didnt even bother greeting me and didnt acknowledge what I was saying to him. When I told him I was picking up an order, he punched a couple of things in the register, mumbled to give him 10 minutes, and slowly walked to the back to start making my food, pants sagging and all. The lack of professional attire at this Popeyes I see at each of my visits is a whole other issue I wont even bother getting into. The other girl who was there didnt help much and after 5 minutes of me being there, she looked at my order and told me they didnt have Cole slaw. My experience so far made me feel like they did have it somewhere in the back, they just didnt want to prep it. After waiting a total of 15 minutes after I got there, for a mobile order I had ordered 45 minutes prior, I finally got my food.
I’ve been scorned many times with missing items at many places, so I always check. Low and behold, my large order of fries was missing. So I then had to go back in to get it. No apology, just the same lack of care.
So all in all, I would not recommend going to this Popeyes until something changes with the employees they have currently. I’m not the only one who feels this way too, friends and coworkers all tell me they dont even bother going to this Popeyes because the service is so bad. Add me to that list now.

The general manager does not need to be dealing with people I was here for a DoorDash order and 15 minutes before her outbreak she was already having an attitude with her new coworker about some fries, she had an extremely bad attitude in the video that I’m going to share is something that no customer should ever have to go through. If it wasn’t for the man in the back coming out and asking me what my order was for the fifth time this would be me showing them the order because they lost the ticket dropped wrong food and my order was 25 to 30 minutes over the pickup time…

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and each time they manage to forget items. The last couple of times I’ve ordered tenders (5pc) they give me 3-4 and then very thin pieces about the thickness of a straw. They always manage to forgot my drink, despite me paying extra for a lemonade. I understand working fast food how rushes can be, but there’s a certain point where us customers should be getting what we paid for. I suggest going to a different location until they can replace their current staff with other employees who can do their job effectively

I ordered on the app, waited over an hour for pickup only to be told they didn’t have any of the items I order except mashed potatoes. I then reached out to support several times and received no help and no refund. It has now been nearly 2 months and still no assistance or refund. I would encourage people to eat anywhere else except Popeyes, they obviously don’t care about their customers.

STAY AWAY!! Every time we go there are issues. Last time we waited over 30 minutes for food we ordered to have ready 15 minutes before we got there. Tonight, we were told that they didn’t have what we ordered, and that they have never had it. Was told we needed to cancel our order and place another online order because they aren’t taking orders at the box. After insisting they take a replacement order because we had already paid, she continued to tell me they were out of strips. I asked her to tell me what they did have, and she said they had 2 chicken sandwiches and wingettes and that was all. Needless to say, we left with nothing and are out the money we paid for the online order because their system will not allow us to cancel. Their AI support just tells us to go to the app and address our issues there, so no resolution, and no money back. So frustrating!!
