This location is tucked right off the frwy exit behind an Arco/AMPM and I can honestly say it’s service and cleanliness has gone down since reopening after the pandemic,very slow don’t care if your ieorders correct and restrooms always messy. I don’t like leaving reviews like this and do so only after I’ve experienced it consistently and mentioned repeatedly to an employee and no change was implemented.

This mcdonalds is so close to home but I wouldn’t recommend coming to this one at all. Rude employees who are extremely understaffed and kiosks that dont work. Was laughed at by an employee for wanting to use cash and told to just use the kiosk while waiting in line to order. Honestly, you’ll get better quality service and food at literly any other mcdonalds.

This is my closest McDonald’s, and I’d rather go out of my way to different McDonald’s. The food quality is always inconsistent. McDonald’s is known for their nicely salted fresh fries, but everytime I have gotten fries here they have been stale, cold, under cooked, over cooked. McDonald’s is also known for their Coca Cola, however most of the time it’s not that classic McDonald’s coke I’m craving. I can go on and on about every problem with every menu item I’ve had issues with on a consistent basis. If you have a problem with you order, don’t even bother calling because no one answers the phone. Whoever runs this McDonald’s needs to let go. How can you have stale food during peak lunch or dinner hours?

I’ve been to a lot of McDonalds over the years and I can confidently say this is the best one I’ve been to. I’ve become a frequent visitor of this location and have enjoyed my experience every time. The staff are quite nice, it’s a pretty clean and nice restaurant every time I’ve been there and they still have free refills which isn’t a guarantee anymore I guess. If you need to choose a McDonalds location in the area I would highly recommend this one.

2nd time in 2weeks they have not given me my whole order. Get home just to find out what I paid for isnt in the bag. It’s really not rocket science. Done with this place. And 6 years later this still hold. How hard is it to make my burger how I ordered it. I got for a double burger, but only got 1 patty. I guess the hamburgler must’ve took it and

Simple order chicken sandwiches waiting over 15 minutes 9 cars have passed … I take a my 1st bite into it and it’s solid like a rock I’m hungry and I can’t even eat.
today Jan 3 2020 The employee that was handing out the food in drive thur was smoking a vape filled with marijuana in the building & stunk to High heaven. I wasn’t Bothered by that! But very concerning
I was just bothered that he forgot to put my sauces in the bag I guess that’s what weed does your mind Smoking on the job Is not very professional and surprising the manager didn’t do anything So anybody buying Fountain drinks coffee’s mac flurries and Tea He blew smoke all over that area
