I recently attended Chart House for a dinner party at this nice dimly lit restaurant and bar located in the Golden Nugget casino in Atlantic City, NJ. Upon arriving the decor was very sheik with stunning art and fixtures with a sheer elegance. The dining room is well suited for just about any number of dining parties. The bar is not overly large but it is fair with a couple of flats screens to enjoy the game. The waiting area at the entrance is accommodating also with some screens to keep you up to date on your he sports until your table is ready. Once seated you most likely will see the panoramic view of the marina and the horizon view of the other Atlantic City casinos in the distance.
The menu was delectably loaded with several appetizers and entrees from salads, pastas, steaks and seafood. The variety of breads were just right to begin the dining experience. The Calamari appetizer was bountiful and wonderfully flavored. The Lobster Bisque was served in a deep bowl . The Roasted Lamb Chops were cooked excellently to your liking and served w/ tri-colored carrots (literally 3 carrots) and parsnip purée. I would definitely recommend The Flounder Francese it was plated very nicely with a lovely crispness along with herb tossed Angel hair pasta; this entree was worth its menu price. The Seafood Pesacatore had a lot of promise but missed the mark with the shrimp, clams, scallops, and the smidget (less than half) of lobster tail being overcooked; the linguine was perfect; however, this dish was definitely not worth its $50 menu price.
The Veal Marsala was presented and prepared wonderfully sided w/ garlic mashed potatoes the . The chicken Caesar salad was uniquely served in an edible cheese bowl which was cool but hard to chew.
The Sous Vide Roasted Chicken was juicy and tender no qualms there. And all in all the service was on point and courteous and the dining experience was by far hands down I would visit again for the atmosphere and to try some other menu items and some of their signature cocktails.

We were in Atlantic City for our anniversary and went to the Chart House at Golden Nugget for dinner. The dinner was great the staff was absolutely amazing! The waiter Keith gave some delicious recommendations and Shawn kept our water full, table cleaned, and took some photos for us too to remember the occasion. The crab cake appetizer was all jumbo lump with no fillers, delicious! The kim chee calamari was the best Ive ever tasted. I ordered the Key West spiced halibut – amazing! My husband ordered the lamb chops which were double cut and he enjoyed it. We ordered the seafood pescatore to try as well. It was tasty but I was disappointed that they used small bay scallops instead of sea scallops. Keith then talked us into a key lime pie which is the best around. This was a fabulous dinner and we had plenty for the next night. I highly recommend visiting The Chart House. They also have a Three course dinner menu on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday which is a great deal from 4-6 PM. I’ll have to return for this deal. The food is worth the cost and the view of the water with all the boats and yachts makes it picturesque.

My family and I have a holiday tradition of going to Chart House, and it’s one I never want to give up! We had an amazing experience once again, especially with their special menu. The flight of mojitos was absolutely delicious! The firecracker shrimp and calamari were perfectly crispy and light, and the shrimp Fresca pasta was outstanding. And don’t even get me started on the crème brûlée dessert!!! incredible!
Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The team was so kind and welcoming; our server was attentive and genuinely thoughtful (I wish I had caught his name). The manager on 12/18 was also wonderful and very accommodating. Overall, we had an amazing time, thank you for another memorable holiday visit!

The Chilean Seabass was served over lobster risotto with a carrot (?) puree.

The pomegranate martini was so good and the peach palmer was very refreshing.

We were in Atlantic City for our anniversary and went to the Chart House for our anniversary dinner. The dinner was great the staff was absolutely amazing there is nothing that they could have done better. We live in Charleston and have access to amazing seafood but their crab cake was the best I have ever eaten. Get the crab cake trust me it was awesome.
