If I could give 0 stars I would!

I am writing because my recent experience at your Chipotle location was so shockingly horrible that I feel compelled to address it directly. What I encountered was not just “poor customer service”—it was blatant disrespect, unprofessional behavior, and a level of disrespect that is absolutely unacceptable from any business, let alone a national brand.

The manager Ariana acted as though customers were an inconvenience. Her attitude was openly rude, dismissive, and apathetic. I was talked over, and met with clear irritation. She was even combative in front of the other manager that stepped out to intervene. (This can be confirmed with a video)

It is obvious she has no interest in doing her job or treating customers with even the slightest bit of respect. And to say that she’s is general manager is laughable and like a slap in the face for a national brand!

To be clear, I did not walk out feeling disappointed—I walked out angry. No customer should have to tolerate eye-rolling, attitudes, or threatening behavior from an employee who is being paid to provide a service as a manager no less.

If this is the standard Chipotle is willing to accept, then that in itself is alarming.
I expect your company to address this employee immediately. The staff at this location need serious retraining, accountability, or replacement. Whatever the issue is, it needs to be fixed, because the current behavior is completely unacceptable.

And from the below photo being taken by another customer with a poor review and experience with this same nasty manager (the woman with the hat and glasses ) you all ARENT TAKING THESE CONCERNS SERIOUSLY IN REGARDS TO THIS MANAGER!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

Probably the worst chipotle establishment I’ve ever been too. It’s lunch time 12pm in Chicago and they said it’s a 10 minute wait on brown rice and chicken. Lol what are yall doing all day to not be prepared for lunch time. I wish I could say it’s my first bad experience but they never got shit and always rude about it. That Cava and Chipotle by Pulaski probably put y’all out of business. Sick of yall and will never come back this shit don’t make sense really ever. Get it together. The managers be rude too when you ask to speak to them. Act like you tweaking for wanting basic chipotle service and food items on the menu. Somebody make it right please. Or close it down

As I researched your reviews, the first name that popped up was Ariana. I have to agree with the person that wrote the negative review. I was there a week ago. I had a courtesy meal due to a problem at this location. I ordered, the rice wasn’t ready, it was a 2 minute wait. I stepped back from the line about 5 minutes. Now, out of the bell pepper/onion mix. She said another 2 minutes. After 5 more minutes I asked to speak to the manager. She had to leave the counter go to the back. There was only one person preparing meals, one person at the register and no security. Ariana Martin came, I wanted to ask for an extension on the date for my meal. Ariana brarely listened said rudely no, as she was walking away, I asked for her name. She said her card was at the check out. I stepped back to the line, now 6 people ahead of me. As I was talking with a lady in line, I explained I have been waiting 15 minutes. The lady loudly said, “this lady been waiting 20 minutes” go ahead of me!” I timidly walked up to the line. When it was my time, the girl fixing meals (had an attitude because I asked for the manager) she stopped, took off her gloves, took a rag and started wiping the area where she fix meals. There are at least 6 people in line. Finally, she took my order. When I got to checkout, there were two name cards. The girl at the register said she didn’t know the manager’s name. I walked to the back, no security, knocked on an unlocked door. Showed a cook the cards, he said Ariana was the right card. I wrote this detailed account because my first thoughts were: no, security, Ariana has a very rude demeanor, this could easily escalate to the typical fights/shooting that’s on the news. I am a senior, very mild manner, but Ariana attitude could change mild to violent. Ariana rudeness is a altercation waiting to happen. She needs customer service training, she has no listening skills, no knowledge of problem resolution or empathy. If Ariana continues at this location, PLEASE GET A SECURITY PERSON.

I went to this Chipotle location after work, at about 5:30p. I was not happy with the amount of filth and food trash left on the tables and floor. There was a cleaning cloth and spray on the counter, however no one was using it. Those items remained untouched the entire time I was there.
Typically the one who adds the protein (chicken) will spoon once and then add a few more pieces to your bowl/burrito. This server would not. And when I asked about it she told me there would be an additional $3 charge because those few pieces (which are free) are considered “extra meat”. I asked if that was new. She replied No. I ordered a chicken burrito with hot sauce on the side. I waited and waited while she took care of 2 or 3 other customers. Finally the person who takes the payment went down and told them I was waiting for the hot sauce.She is the one who noticed I was still standing there by the register. I proceeded to get my utensils and napkins- there were none. I went back to the check out person and she handed me what I needed.
I dont understand how such a good place failed in so many areas.

My first time here and I really enjoyed the food! I got steak burrito . It was good. The meat was a little chewy. Brown rice and pinto beans, fabulous. The server ,young lady was very kind,and knowledgeable. Also got a kids taco meal. They don’t give you enough chips in the bag and they tasted stale. The kid portion of course. Minds fresh. I was the second customer when they opened clean atmosphere and yes I will return!!

This review is for the Beverly location on 95th just east of Western Ave. I rarely leave reviews but this time it’s a must. Hopefully it will help the owners improve. I have been going to this Chipotle since it opened. Somewhere along the line it has taken a turn. It is now ALWAYS filthy in the dining area as well as the serving counter. I should have known when the garbage was over flowing, the food on the line looked like it had been sitting overnight and the counters were filthy, to just leave.

I will save to terrible details, but I have now been battling food poisoning all night praying to a porcelain God. Something wasn’t right with some of their ingredients or maybe even the chips. The past 3 times I have visited, they have been short staffed. Customers waiting for online orders lined against the wall. Ingredients not prepared.

Please work on the food safety/cleanliness issue over EVERYTHING ELSE. Bacteria is dangerous. Work on it or face closure or better yet, lawsuits.

Food was not cooked properly. Customer service was horrible and the entire area where the food was being served was dirty. This was the night shift I have never experienced this type of service before but I normally don’t go at night , I spoke with the manager about the quality of the food she didn’t care she refunded the money for the food never apologized for the inconvenience just sat back down and proceeded to finish eating.

Employees and management very unprofessional, a customer got into an argument with one of the managers and the manager decided to stop taking orders and close the restaurant down because of her emotions towards a mad customer. Was unfair for the people waiting in line.

This location moves with absolutely no urgency. It’s the same experience every time I come here — the line can be packed with 20 or more people, and the staff still move like there’s no rush at all. There’s no sense of customer awareness or efficiency. It’s frustrating to wait so long for food when other locations move much faster. Definitely needs better management and urgency during busy hours.
