Today Saturday January 10th I stopped at Dairy Queen for some ice cream. As soon as I got to the counter I was not greeted and was blankly stared at. I asked her what sizes do you have for the blizzards and she solemnly said “mini, small, medium, large”. With a very condescending tone. She didn’t even show me how big the sizes are. I also didn’t get a receipt order number and was left guessing if the ice cream on the counter was mine! The spoon I received was covered in ice cream half way up! I needed to clean it off so it didn’t get on my hands. The cup was sticky, dripping over the sides, and there was zero toppings below the top layer. While I was eating I heard yelling in the back. Something about “ you’re going to piss me off”. This in my opinion is very unprofessional and I think it was the lady who took my order. I couldn’t catch her name because nobody there was wearing and name tags or uniforms. This is not my first bad experience here. I’ve been here multiple times over the years and it has progressively gotten less desirable every time! Not to mention the dirty kitchen environment. The tables in the lobby were also all sticky and gross. I regret to say but I don’t think I will be returning after this visit.

Went to get some blizzards after a school concert. Tried to order a blizzard and chicken strip meal. The girl said they were out of toast for the chicken strip meal and when asked if they could substitute with something else a man cut off the girl taking the order and said are you getting the basket or not. The attitude and the manner of rudeness was uncalled for and when asked what the managers name was we got the runaround before getting it. $27 dollars later I received my red velvet cake blizzard, large Dr. Pepper, and chicken strip basket that didn’t have a lot of fries 4 full pieces of chicken strips and looks like a piece of chicken strip that was bitten off. Fries were cold and stale. Chicken strips were also cold.

We ordered online to takeout because we were in a time crunch. When we got our order they were missing 3 whole meals, and there excuse was that for one of them they forgot, and that one didnt show up on the screen. Our chicken tenders were tiny chicken turds. When asked for a frie or small chicken tenders fir us being an out they said no because they just made a mistake. One of the employees are nice, only go if you want ice-cream, they don’t try to accommodate for customers or compromise for their big mistakes. We did not make it to our destination in time and it was infuriating just because they sloppily put it all together shoving it in a bag, food misery around and a sauce container spilt because it wasn’t closed correctly

Have had unfortunate encounters with the store manager who is incredibly rude. First encounter, I ordered a dipped cone with sprinkles on the app which they honored and charged me for. When I went in to pick up my order, I was met with rudeness and was yelled at by the manager because apparently I unknowingly committed a health code violation with how I ordered my food. Called corporate to further investigate. Today, had to make another call to corporate because the same store manager chose to ridicule and yell at a doordash driver for simply asking her a question about the order he was picking up, and she yells at him to leave for being rude when the driver was far more calm and respectful than she was. Idk what her problem is, but she is far from professional and needs either additional training, be demoted, or fired.

i ABSOLUTELY LOVE dairy queen!!! especially their ice cream!!! but, there’s been some experiences i had here that weren’t great. me and my sister went here not too long ago and the doors were locked even though the hours said that they were still open. so i called them and they said we had to go through the drive through. and me and my sister rode our mini bikes here by the way so we were a little upset because it was cold outside and we wanted to eat inside. so we just went through the drive through. but other than that, at least i got to enjoy some delicious ice cream! *i picked the option “take out” because we couldn’t dine in the time me and my sister had the situation.*

I ordered a small cherry dip and cheese curds. I received no napkins. The ice cream was pouring over the sides and I could not keep up with it. Had napkins in the glove compartment they were soaked through in a minute. I tried keeping the cone over the bag the cheese curds came in. Not a success. My shirt, the car seat and the car floor were.covered in ice cream and cherry. I was in the parking lot. I would have had to throw it out the window had I been driving. The cheese curds were cold and I didn’t eat them. I went in with a clean shirt I had in the car to change. The manager explained the cherry was too hot yet and melted the ice cream. THEN IF IT WAS NOt READY TO SERVE STATE YOU DON’T HAVE IT AVAILABLE AND I WOULD HAVE ORDERED SOMETHING DIFFERENT. She did offer me all new but after a very trying morning and looking forward to a DQ treat I was over it,

It’s stated on the website they’re open until 10 pm but I came for a Dilly Bar at 9:55 and sat in the drive thru for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer…. If they want to close at 9:55 then it should say that on the website.

The workers there are so rude. Went to go and get a small cone through the drive through and the lady was talking so quiet. When we pulled up the window she had the worst customer service and basically slammed the window in our face when we told her to have a goodnight

I am writing to express my significant disappointment with my recent experience. The signage clearly advertised the return of brownie batter, prompting my visit. However, the cashier informed me that it had been discontinued since August. This is incredibly misleading advertising and caused unnecessary disappointment.
Furthermore, when I attempted to order a cookie dough blizzard as an alternative, I was informed that you were also out of cookie dough. While I understand that occasional stock issues can occur, the combination of inaccurate advertising and the unavailability of multiple items suggests a larger issue of with inventory management and communication. Hope you will address these issues to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
