This Starbucks is such a great spot. The manager is incredibly kind and welcoming, and it really shows in how the whole team operates. I just went and was immediately welcomed with a smile and great energy, Ande was so amazing, had such a wonderful attitude, great personality. She recommend us a drink and it was very delicious. Definitely looking forward for my next Starbucks stop !!!

This store has been going down for months now. Service used to be faster better and the order was right. I just waited 18 minutes to get my food. 1 drink 1 sandwich. When I rolled up the girl was like I apologize I haven’t seen her in forever. But here u go. Thank you. WTH!!

I hate that I have to write this review because I’m usually very patientbut the service keeps getting worse at this location…. I went in today to pick up an online order around 7:40 pm the lobby was not busy AT ALL!!!! I got my order which I ordered online after like 15 minutes of waiting and waited a few minutes for my moms order (she was in the car) she ordered a bagel and they put the cream cheese on the side and I needed something to scoop it out. I waited at the counter for a few minutes and even said excuse me and all 3 employees ignored me. I waited for a few more minutes and one of the employees a white female placed an online order on the counter and still ignored me as I stood right in front of her waiting. I simply wanted a utensil and it would’ve taken not even 4 SECONDS to hand me one. It’s incredibly rude to ignore customers even if you are busy. If you’re not going to hand me a utensil have some at the counter!!!! I am disappointed because this isn’t the first time I’ve been ignored by these employees. They never get my order right and the coffee is not that good for the price especially for such horrible service! Please learn some manners and maybe then you’d get some tips
