When credit is due you give it! I was here months ago and it was one of the worst experiences with fast food ever. Everything went wrong! I Haven’t been back since. Went today after the Jags game and let me tell you they fixed it all. Tonight was a phenomenal experience and was impressed at the turn around. Our order was 100% correct, timely and made with care. Good job managers, employees and owners of this location for correcting the issues and quickly. Really impressive! I’ve Never seen a box of Taco Bell tacos this organized ever! I was happy to see people working hard to make our experience perfect even if it is just Taco Bell.

This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever went to. I order a number 8 supreme with a large nacho cheese fries. The nachos had little to no meat and( one with a bunch of sour cream and two with barely any on it). The fries were cold as ice and the nacho cheese wasn’t even enough in the cup to drip 8 fries in. I called back and spoke to Lisa a manager and she was absolutely rude. I told her what was going on and she placed me on hold I heard her as a cashier if anyone ordered what I ordered and she told me she do not see it the amount came out of my Apple Pay account. She the. Advises me I can bring the food back in to be remade. I advised her im in for the night and the Taco Bell is far from my house. She then gets mad and say “do you want me to help you or not” I told her I don’t like the way you’re talking to me and advised I will call corporate. She said I don’t care and hung up on my face. I can’t believe Taco Bell would make someone with such a horrible attitude and spirit a manager. I won’t be going back to restaurants#042871 in Jacksonville beach ever again. I have been to this location twice now. When I go to taco bell, my favorite item is the cheesy gordita crunch, I usually order two of them. My favorite part is the spicy ranch sauce they put on them. However, the first visit, there was hardly a drop of it on them. With this in mind, the second visit I paid up for extra sauce. Most locations, if I were to order extra sauce it is dripping out of the tacos. At this one, “extra sauce” ends up being still less sauce than if it were prepared as-is at other locations. Along with that, the other contents like lettuce and cheese of the cheesy gordita crunch were lacking as well. The people working there are very personable and friendly, however the kitchen could use some additional training to make the food properly, it is lacking! Needless to say I think I will avoid this location in the future.

I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme with CLEAR modifications because I wanted the beef swapped with black beans due to me being a vegetarian. I specifically asked at the window if they modified it and the employee said they made it exactly as stated. When I got home there was beef in my food. I was also missing one of the nacho chips I had ordered. I had already gotten home by then and could not drive the 30 minutes back to show them their mistake. They need to get it together. This is not how you run a restaurant.

wouldn’t let me pick up my mobile order along with a separate order at the window. said they were “too busy” even though i already paid for my mobile order. there was only one other car in the line. made us pull back around to pick up my order. staff was really rude.

we went through the drive-through and are missing two tacos that we paid for extra supreme and did not get them. It was only offered coupons if we re-drove through the drive-through, but we did not realize till we got home and are unable to go through the drive-through please contact us if you wanna give us a free Taco Bell.

Great fast friendly service by Wanda . She is an asset my fav Taco Bell in the Universe. Bathroom were clean and so was the restaurant. The food was fresher than fresh .
