The worse experience I’ve ever had. Never had such bad service. The Jojo and manger both disrespectful. I’ve really never seen such bad serve: walking in the lobby cussing at people and the manager allowing you to do so is insane. Corporate was called.. there was no need for the disrespect!!!!

So. I am 40 and in the military so I have been to prob 100 different taco bells in my life. This place was the worse experience I have had. Went through the drive thru and ordered. It was quick….that’s the end of the good comments. Drive away and taste our drinks…both are nasty. Mine has almost zero syrup and is water basically. Wife’s is nothing but syrup so we drove around and go inside. I inform the lady that the syrus is running out in the drive thru one and I was going to fill up inside. She says I know and walks away. So basically she knows it’s out and is giving it to people in the drivw thru anyway instead of informing them….we get new drinks and leave. Start driving and go to eat my expensive fancy chicken cantina burrito….problem no chicken….I get four big bites into it and check the receipt to make sure they didn’t give me a veggie one….nope ring up as the chicken cantina. I open the burrito and see maybe .5 ounces-1 ounce of chicken at the very bottom and no chicken at all in maybe 2/3 of the burrito. My wife ordered the chicken cantina quesadilla. We check hers and it’s basically the same. Both meals come with regular tacos….both of them are about 85%lettuce 10% cheese and maybe….5% meat. Basically I paid $20 for jacked up sodas, and 4 tortillas with barely any meat…..just ridiculous.

I ABSOLUTELY AM GOING BACK! I got the soft tacos ( chicken, not the beef) you specify that if you want chicken, because they are automatically beef. At least that is what I experienced. The tortilla was so soft and so hot and delicious with mild sauce!! I am a big fan of the 3 cheese flatbread melt and the meximelt! If I were you, I’d go there right now!

Probably the worst Twco Bell experience I’ve ever had. It took 40min to get out food from the drive thru!
On top of that they had to come out 3 times due to the order being wrong each time. At that point I just took whatever food they gave me and left.

Probably the worst food I have ever seen. Have eaten here a few times a year traveling through. This takes the cake of not caring about what you serve. Manager was nice when I called and said the would remake if I brought it back. Not worth it to take another 20 minutes to go back to hotel. Would not offer to door dash to my hotel.

Had a no beef. The chicken on my taco tasted like it wasn’t cooked all the way. The mic is way overdue for a fixing. My taco wasn’t even wrapped and was broken completely. The contents were in the bottom of my bag. My friend didn’t get the nacho fries she asked for.

I placed my order using the mobile app. When I arrived I gave my name at the speaker and was told to pull forward. I was told they was waiting on the empanadas and potatoes I ordered and I was asked to pull to the front they would be out soon. So I get my drink and pull around, where there were literally 4 other vehicles parked waiting on food, I personally waited in the parking lot for 15mins, others had already been waiting and became impatient, getting out of their vehicles, looking into the windows, annoyed, as they should have been!! My order contained 1 burrito, 1 fiesta potatoes, 1 small drink and 2 empanadas.. 15mins seemed WILD to me. Not to mention the lack of care and unprofessionalism from the guy that was working the window. I know drive out of my way to the location on South Oates because they are nicer, never mess the order up, and I’m never waiting 15mins in a sketchy dark parking lot for 5 items.

Okay so I’ve been to Taco Bell a few times to say the least. I’m a bit of a foody. I enjoy very good food and service. I know what I am going for and what I expect when I go to Taco Bell, quick and cheap. This particular Taco Bell is so well managed that I cannot talk it up enough. Food, exactly right every time. Hot. Fresh and never incorrect. I’ve now visited this Taco Bell 9 times just to see if the service and food stays the same and every time I come; I am impressed. Good job and thank you. I’m looking forward to my next few dozen visits.
