At 7:00 with barely 30% capacity I have a takeout ordered 30 minutes ago. Still not done and the takeout cashier is unbelievably unbothered. 6 people on the line and barely anything coming out? Are there even managers?

Ordered a medium pizza and noticed that the crust thickness was thin. I asked the bartender/server if the pizza thickness was standard by default and he confirmed that. I mentioned that this thin crust has been the case a few times we have ordered pizza, so it looks like a preparation inconsistency issue. He said that it depends on who is stretching the dough. I said how does that work if the pizza is supposed to be standard and stretches it to be thin? He got huffy and said, I see that you are not happy with the pizza, so will get you a new one. I told him I was fine with eating the one I had and that I was merely pointing out the lack of consistency in crust thickness to provide him feedback to pass back to that area. He went ahead and ordered another pizza for me in spite of me saying no, do not order another pizza and said that I could keep the one I had as a free pizza.
At that point I felt unwelcomed and ask for to-go with the pizzas we had and the check. I did not wait for his replacement pizza. He told me he was a manager also, but he seemed disinterested in addressing a quality control issue. The message I got here, is that it is better to keep silent and then complain in Google Review. Maybe train this manager some better customer service, like ask the customer what it would take to be satisfied, which all he had to do was acknowledge the feedback and move on. While he claimed to be calm, his body language said otherwise as his movements were jerky and agitated as he proceeded with pizza replacement when I had said no, do not order another pizza. I was never rude with him.

The pizza is very good here. The crust is really tasty and not like most pizza places. They have a good draft beer selection as well and a decent sized bar.

You would expect since the price of restaurant food is so ridiculously high that you would at least get exceptional service. Not so much at this location. We waited over 20 minutes for our sandwiches to be delivered to our table. The place only had a handful of patrons. By the time our food was set before us, I was so infuriated that I couldn’t enjoy myself. Well, I guess I understand why the place wasn’t busy. Not worth going again. Really disappointed.

This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time ⌛️ Our waiter Bobby was the best! He was so friendly and upbeat. The service was perfect. I used to work in the restaurant industry, so I am very critical of my reviews, but everything was top-notch. Promote this guy! The pizza was hot and delicious This is my pizza joint from now on

Okay, the pizza is really good, but it’s not exceptional. My husband and I went here for our date night this week and the quality is great but it’s super expensive for what you get! Our total was over $50 for just the two of us, each ordering one item. They also tell you that “each ingredient is $1.50” but they charge $3.00 for any meat you want in your calzone. So by adding chicken, pineapple and mushrooms, my calzone was like $20! It was good, but nothing to run back for. We did like eating outside, although we were forgotten and didn’t get to order for 25 minutes when I finally went inside and asked for assistance. Again, good pizza, not exceptional, mediocre service, and super expensive.

I’ve visited this location dozens of times. On a last minute dinner decision, me and hubby came here. I tried a few new things. I’m not a huge fan of the miss mushroom pizza. I’m vegetarian but it wasn’t my fav. Needed more mushrooms! My crust was a bit undercooked and stuck to my teeth. The burger (hubby) was great! We also tried out the peach campfire. It had a smokey after taste that I wasn’t a fan of. We also tried the lavender mocktail. It was very refreshing! I’ll definitely order that again… Oh and you can spike it! It was trivia night… But we didn’t receive the bingo sheet. ♀️ Don’t know if we came too late or we were just overlooked.
