Me and my wife came to this spot thinking it was going to be good. I ordered a taco of barbacoa a d the super nachos. The taco was good. So it was a surprise when I was eating the nachos that the beef fajita on the nachos had no flavor. I was hungry so I had just enough to not be too full. I didn’t bother taking my left overs home. My wife also ordered a taco of barbacoa and the quesabirrias. The meat was really dry and was made with flour tortillas and she was confused because it’s usually made with corn tortillas. The consomel was mostly grease and she didn’t even bother eating it. She left 2 tacos on the plate and didn’t take the rest home. We order desert and the sopapillas. Those were good as well. We had one each. Now for the service. It seemed like that they only had 1 waiters on staff. She didn’t really come check on us. So when I wanted to order a water and desert I believe the guys sitting people got the water and placed our desert order. For the price we got was not expensive. Honestly we will not be returning.

Food was great, build was a little cold but that might be because it was 28 outside and they have huge windows. Other than that great experience over all.

Hidden Gem! We’ve been coming here for well over 10 years. The excellent and consistent quality of the food always impresses. The commitment of the owners and staff to make sure everything is perfect is such a joy to watch. The work ethic. The friendliness. But THE FOOD, 5-STAR QUALITY FOOD, is what keeps us bring friends and family here. In every aspect this family restaurant is the best. The classiest place, with the most delicious food, and who we consider friends. Enjoyed the enormous buffet this morning.

Let me start off by saying that the service was absolutely excellent. The wait staff was very personable and their attitude was that of family. The atmosphere was good, however, the live band had their volume set so loudly that I could not hear my partner sitting right next to me, even after we asked to be moved across the restaurant. With the exception of their salsa, which was great, the food was bland and mediocre overall. We’re willing to give The Victoria another go at another time and will re-rate based on our next visit.

Took my mom and my teenage son for the Sunday buffet cost me $80 with only waters and a coffee for the buffet. The selection Wasn’t all that the food was cold. Any meats was just infested with bones and we were only brought three tortillas for our entire meal. Waiter was very nice host was sweet . Mariachi was the only thing about the restaurant that would make me come back. They were a 10+ and above. Desserts were naaaasty

Came here for lunch buffet. A friend had invited me.

It was not worth it in my opinion. Food tasted sub par.

Atmosphere was dated. Staff were friendly but service was not the best.

Huge variety of food. Lunch was 25 per head but I personally did not think it was worth it al all.

I will not be coming back.

Overall I would give this place less than average scores

Sunday Buffet Review from a restaurant person to follow:
We decided to try their Sunday buffet despite mixed reviews. You enter in the dining room but you go through the restaurant to the ballroom for the actual dining experience.
The first thing you’ll notice is that the tables seat 10 as they are used for events. The buffet is set up in chaffing dishes lined up in a very strange manner. As someone who did catering for 20+ years I would have arranged the buffet much differently and had two sternos under each chaffer to keep the food hot but they did not have that today. They also did not have buffet attendants to answer questions about the food.
There is a breakfast section with two kinds of eggs, potatoes w/chorizo, sausage, pancakes, french toast and the star: Biscuits & Gravy! This was my favorite part of the buffet.
The row of chaffers across from the breakfast food had mexican food and that is where I noticed the food did not have proper heat to keep it warm. That being said, it was for the most part, good. Except for the enchiladas which were dry and tasteless. There was a appetizer area with chips (not house made) and queso, taco meat that could have used alot more seasoning, pico de gallo, pickled jalapenos. It was extremely average.
The dessert station was on a table with trays of pasteries and some Arroz Con Leche. For $20 per person we expected Flan or Tres Leches to be honest.
There was a freestanding cart with some jello and fruit in the middle of the room that I found to be very misplaced. Why did they not put it with the desserts? Made no sense and blocked the main buffet areas. But, as I said, I set up weddings, parties and corporate events and it was apparent that they did not have anyone to specialize in that setting up the food. Or attending to it. The manager did make his rounds once while we were there.
Our server Araceli was very good and attentive and I would highly recommend asking for her when you go. She brings house made tortillas to your table :). We will return and ask for her.

This restaurant is a gem! We’ve been here twice, and Ramon was our server for both visits. While the inviting atmosphere and the delicious, fresh food (with great choices!) are wonderful, Ramon truly elevates the experience. He has a great vibe and provides top-tier customer service, making sure every detail is covered 100% throughout the meal.

This restaurant needs some COLOR. All white walls and a complete lack of the vibrancy you expect from any Mexican restaurant here or in Mexico makes it feel a little harsh.

Other than that, the food was excellent, the service perfect – and the entertainment so enjoyable that we stayed well after we finished dinner. The man who sings Elvis is exceptional. I would not call him an “Elvis Impersonator”, as he doesn’t exhibit all the glitz and flash you would expect from that description. But he does a great job of representing the King. If you have the opportunity to see / hear him, by all means, do so.

FYI: The restaurant listing said the show starts at 6 pm. It actually started at 8 with a warm-up act of a man singing classic Country. And he was really good too
