The older gentleman who took my order @6:25 am on 2/27. was incredibly pleasant and very enthusiastic. You don’t get that often in today’s society. It’s a sign of the culture of this restaurant. Will be going back. Well done management. Give that man a raise!

This is one of the few places that still do it right. Play area, drink station in the lobby, good seating and atmosphere, and kiosk plus counter ordering if needed. Sometimes they are a little slow, but that’s ok, food is always good.

Clearly asked for extra mayonnaise and added sliced onions. I got home and found a small amount of mayo, not extra, and no onions, but they put the order request sticker on the box. Seems like very lazy workers to me.

On this occasion I had to go inside to order. I was quickly greeted, my order taken quickly by staff, and had a meal delivered quite quickly. This location has a playground yet was reasonable for noise levels and was very clean. Kudos to the owner/mgmt at this location for abstaining from the kiosks.

I have no issue with this McDonald’s. I have eaten here before and the food is good and the service is good. I do have a problem with the McDonald’s app. Quite frankly, it sucks! I did a mobile pickup order and selected the McDonald’s on Medina Rd., as it was close to a place I needed to go. When I got there the app told me I was at the wrong place. The app changed the order location to the McDonald’s on Wooster Pike. So I had to drive clear across town to get my order. Again, no fault of either restaurant. Both are good. My complaint is about the app and the inconvenience it caused

Met up with family. Kids really enjoyed the play area. We were there for about 3 hours. Service was great and patient with the littles running around. Also the area was kept very clean.

I really don’t appreciate a sandwich has been slapped together – all tomatoes stacked on one side, mayo dripping out one side and none on the other. Sure it tasted like a Deluxe McCrispy, once I took it apart in the car and tried to reassemble it. I didn’t have to wait long, though I would have been glad to wait a minute longer for a sandwich someone cared about making right.

This place is horrible. There’s one person in the drive-through in the morning that can’t handle taking orders and taking money at the same time you sit there for almost 5 minutes. Why she’s on the earpiece taking orders. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever seen higher people that are confident in doing the job. I will not go back to this McDonald’s. I pulled out of line and went to Dunkin’ Donuts for my coffee.

Beyond disgusted. With a milk allergy I ordered an entire meal, customed and received TWO ENTIRELY different wraps. One completely normal and the other just a tortilla with lettuce (no PROTEIN despite NO RANCH AND CHEESE requested ON BOTH).
Called to get it corrected with the order number available, was dismissed and told to return to the store with the food and receipt for a refund. Keep in mind th cashier NEVER gave a receipt andI do not live in the area.. I stopped here out of convenience and was gave a dumpster fire. To sum it up, I paid $12 for a meal that was INCORRECT and am being forced to deal with it! DISTASTEFUL

Waited 25 minutes for hasbrowns that were room temp when i got them and they put onions on my sausage egg and cheese sandwich… better off driving to either of the other 2 stores in medina. This one is terrible
