Today we got into the Taco Bell line at 6:50 pm and got out at 7:42 with NO FOOD! The drive thru mic didn’t pick up what was said and by time we made it to the window they told us they couldn’t take a window order. Biggest upset besides the lack of chicken quesadilla in my mouth is the abhorrent parking lot that makes it impossible to leave the drive through after realizing the horrible mistake you’ve made.
Went to Wendy’s afterwards and staff there told us basically everyone walked out from Taco Bell a few weeks ago. I don’t know what management did to piss off their staff but they need to get it together. Pay your staff? Accept time off requests? Just talk nicely and be understanding? The poor 2 people running that kitchen they deserve the biggest bonus for working through all of this.
Until management can treat their staff well enough to actually keep a crew avoid this place and especially the dive through. Don’t get stuck

Abysmal customer service- 10-15 minute wait to order in the drive through because they have to deal with door dash first. To top it off the drive-thru line traps you if anyone pulls in behind you. I can’t even put into words how AWFUL this place it. 0 stars is it was possible.

The amount of time it takes me to wait is simply unacceptable. After a 18 hour overnight shift I just want my soft potato taco. I wait here and witness the minutes pass by, reminiscing the hours I’ve spent at this wasteful location of Taco Bell. It’s consistent as well, I can see the look of distress upon my peers as well. Simply atrocious. Take a look at this wonderful presentation to accommodate our patience.

Very slow I’ve been sitting here for an hour waiting on my food for me and my children and it honestly is quite annoying and stressful as my baby is hungry but wants Taco Bell and there is only 2 cars in front of me! After a long stressful day, trying to get a simple taco shouldnt be difficult but routinely i have had to wait 20+min in line both inside and in the drive through. Its difficult to want to give thid business my time and money when I have to wait almost a half hour for 1 taco. This shop is in a good location but desperately needs whatever will make the lines go down quicker.

Ordered takeout through the app, to drive over and pick up. Even still, we’re always waiting an extra 20-40 mins in the drive thru for no reason. And then they give us the wrong order more than half the time.
The food seems fine to me, by Taco Bell standards. But what a pain. You could probably drive to another Taco Bell 15-20 mins away and get takeout from there, you’d get better service and you might even save time 😛

Sigh. So I understand that things can be rough when there’s a rush. But it really sucks after having worked all day in the sun. Couldn’t really even afford to be eating it, but none of us had the energy to cook so decided to get taco bell. We’ll I ordered a large brisk dragons paradise, and 3 durito locos tacos with no lettuce and tomatoes and add sour cream. The drink is supposed to be dark purple and was light purple at best. Pictures for reference. But very clearly out of the soda syrup.. Like visually obvious. And my tacos had barely any meat, that was also kinda cold, and like seemingly extra tomatoes and lettuce and no sour cream. It sucks. After being in the super hot direct sunlight all day, exhausted and could barely afford it. It’s a real bummer. They heard my order cause the screen read as much.

Mini steak crunch wrap so yummy. Crunch wrap is my favorite I’ll be honest skip the mini and get the regular size. It’s 4x bigger and it’s 5.50. The mini is 2 for 5.
