I haven’t tried the newly opened one yet, but today I drove for an hour and passed by with my kids. We came in and had a meal. The food was quite good and very fresh. It’s worth a try.

So glad ling ling’s is back! Great food and a relaxing atmosphere. First off I’d like to say for those not so good great reviews:: look at how many reviews that person has done. Maybe that person had a bad day?? or a bad experience but I’m thinking it’s a one-off and not a way to compare this restaurant because this restaurant has some super super yummy food! It’s always fresh. The staff is very attentive and upbeat. They have private spaces for small parties and get togethers with the family. The owner is super nice and super accommodating. This is the best Chinese buffet place around. Believe me we’ve tried them all. Oh and did I say anything about the prices!? Competitive to below average with above-average an outstanding food! Give him a try I’m sure you’ll find the same

You know, I’ve read the reviews here, and I think everyone is expecting a Five Star Restaurant here. It’s a Chinese BUFFET! You can get a lot of good food CHEAP. I like it. Maybe not as good as the previous Ling Ling for variety, but heck, let’s give them a chance! I get take out buffet and the food has always been delish. If anything, I think they are getting very discouraged at the attitude of some of the clientele. It’s 7 pm Saturday night and this place should be packed. Thanks to vengeful comments on here about “the food making people sick” – you are killing an innocent business that is trying the best they can. Shame on you! The food looks good and tastes good. I suspect there may be an orchestrated campaign against this place for business reasons.

A lot of haters on the new iteration of Ling Ling, but I don’t see a significant difference versus the old one. For us, the food was hot, tasty and well stocked. Not every dish is stellar, but it’s a buffet and has to cater to a wide audience. The dessert section is excellent (lychees, etc) and there is ice cream and Italian ice in the cooler in back. There is a bell at the Mongolian bar, so we didn’t wait at all. Service was fine, may not be incredibly warm, but they seated us quickly, brought beverages right away, offered refills and constantly removed our empty plates. If you visit expecting a Chinese buffet, you shouldn’t be disappointed.

Food is cold and not fresh. Food will get you sick. Service is not good. If you ask them something they will shrug and walk away with no communication. They don’t post their lunch times because they want to charge you for a dinner always. If you tell them someone in your party is a senior they ignore that also. I called before going and asked what time I could get lunch until. I was told 3:30. I arrived at 3:10 for lunch. The bill came and we were charged for dinner. I spoke with the waitress about it and she shruged and said ok, hold on & walked away. She said something to that affect. I thought she was going to handle it. Nothing for 10 minutes. She picked up tables and ignored us. I brought it up with the owner and she said lunch is until 3:20. I told her I called and was told on the phone 3:30 and that I was there at 3:10 anyway.. She showed me on my receipt the time said 3:22. I said that is what time you put the info in but I was here at 3:10. She just had attitude and walked away from our table. I said something again at the register and was given attitude and charged the dinner price. I wasn’t going to argue which is what they count on. I didn’t want to be so passive but the wife doesn’t like conflict sometimes. It is to bad when someone treats you wrong & you are the one who feels uncomfortable with the situation. They could care less about the customer. Watched them throw food on the counter back in serving tray also. I will think twice before going again. I am sure others have had similar experiences. While we were there another table was having the same bill issue. They don’t care about the customer or our health. Don’t believe the 3.9 ish stars they are rated. That is mostly ratings for the previous owners. Look at the more recent reviews. Lots of 1 or 2 stars and I see why. The previous owner was great and is missed. Hope the health department visits and corrects some of their issues so people don’t get to sick. Again, they need more training from the previous owner who was very good with customers.

Was really looking forward to trying this place after they reopened again, saw some questionable reviews on Facebook so decided to wait quite a while to give them time to figure things out, Obviously opening a new restaurant can be challenging. Finally got to try it this past weekend, and how this place is still open based on quality or even by the health department is beyond me. Food is cold, Chicken is the smallest almost completely crunchy bites of what actually appeared more to taste like and have the texture of pork. Tried to go to the Mongolian Grill, had to reach over a plate of half and food after waiting for 10 minutes for somebody to come over, turned out to be the cooks plate that he was eating off of and left on the counter next to the uncooked food. Lacking traditional options, sesame chicken didn’t even have any sesame seeds in it, lo mein was grey, cold, and flavorless. Really disappointing, can’t imagine they’ll be around much longer.

Gotta love this place. I wish I didn’t post about it, because I don’t want people to know about this place (since it’s such a good deal)! For lunch (weekdays and weekend!), it’s $9.50 including drink! There is no where else that you can get such a good deal. They even have soft serve ice cream and a Mongolian grill! Can’t beat it! Highly recommend and I would definitely go back! The staff is friendly and hospitable.

Went there and was the worst buffet I’ve ever had. Went in at 7:30 pm and there were empty trays and whatever was there was stale. Crunchy lo min and fried rice. I complained and the manager said he would bring out fresh food. Waited and nothing happened. The waitress said that they brought out more and fresh food. Wen and looked and nothing changed. We had the sodas and me and my wife had one plate each but it wasn’t edible. Told them that we were leaving because we couldn’t eat. We still paid $43.00 and left to find other food.

The food was very fresh with many options. The Mongolian wook was delicious. Choice your meats add your assortment of veggies and top it with sauces and they cook it in front of you. Very good.

This was a great place to go in the past and we come kind of often. Visited 8/27/22 around 715pm. No fresh sushi available, no one on hibachi grill. The sushi they had, taste like it had been there for hours. Extremely dry which made it difficult to swallow. They no longer have crab legs, but no one does bc of cost and i understand that. What i don’t understand is that the food was mostly cold,& nothing new was put out, regardless of the people coming in- which was quite a few. The clams tasted like they’ve been soaked in salt for a week, there wasn’t many, and no others were brought out. My 1 year old lives on French fries- which were close to bare, and cold- but no new ones were brought out. We came about 2 hours before closing,(to avoid this kind of experience)& had to eat the cold food that no one else wanted bc they wouldn’t bring out any more. They started picking up the food a little after 8! This is after they told us they close at 9pm, and the host stand says no one can stay at the buffett for more than 2 hours. Which is perfectly fine, but we ate pretty slow,bc the food was cold, making it not very good,& we were waiting for fresh food to be brought out to the many empty, and almost empty slots. That never happened. They just left the same food there and that’s what everyone had to choose from. Even though many customers came in during that hour. I would say close to 10 people after us. Then when they start picking up…they start taking the fullest trays first? Leaving even less to choose from. We actually left hungry. From a buffett! – bc there was really nothing to eat. If they want to offer to fix this for us, I would consider giving them another try..otherwise, I will no longer be a patron of theirs. This was a huge disappointment compared to our previous visits. Very frustrating experience.
