Let me inform you all that this establishment is a fine spot to stop in and get a light snack and a quick drink for breakfast or lunch. I was served quickly and quite respectfully for lunch on Tuesday. I got a double shot of espresso and a ham and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was great. My only real complaint is that the coffee was of an inferior quality. I am used to Italian coffee primarily from Lavazza, and I am quite sad to relate that Starbucks coffee beans’ quality was vastly inferior to the proud Italian staple. I love this Starbucks, the employees are always nice and cheerful. When I have questions about their menu they are more than happy to provide input and make awesome suggestions. Ive become a regular since coming here, and I always feel confident my food and drinks are fresh and well-made.
As someone with some health issues, I always trust this spot and I never get sick from the food.
Love it here <3

I have been to nearly every Starbucks in San Antonio and can honestly say this one is the best. The outdoor seating could use an upgrade but the service at this location could turn the crankiest Karen into the sweetest Sophie. I absolutely love the staff here, I drive 26 minutes to get to this Starbucks. No they don’t know me or my order. They are just genuinely kind and wonderful not just to me but everyone. I sit in here and see them time and time again provide excellent customer service every time without fail. I would be happy to have any of them working with me!! Best Starbucks in San Antonio!!

Went inside to pick up an order for a customer as an uber eats delivery and had a horrible experience here. All employees standing around attending to drive thru (which wasn’t that busy) and one customer inside. Not one employee greeted me or acknowledged that I was at the “pick up counter”. Several of them made eye contact and then turned their backs. One employee named Cece was having a whole conversation on her headset that wasn’t work related at all so getting her attention was a loss cause. There was maybe 5 or 6 other employees that kept looking over but didn’t say anything. When I finally stood there for over 6 minutes I went up to Cece asking if my customers order was ready she said not all of it and had the food portion sitting up at the counter for the longest time. Definitely getting cold. Then finally completed the order with a pumpkin spice latte. Mind you the customer had only ordered 2 items!! I just want to state that as slow as it was on this Sunday around (8:30 a.m.) service definitely could’ve been better. I also was reviewed by the customer stating items were not fresh. I wonder why. I’m a great delivery driver, & that order could’ve been great had the staff actually been attentive and showed some customer service. I only got the names of 2 employees that were being rude which were Ben and Cece. Whoever else worked this morning should definitely be trained on how to provide customer service . I’ve been to several Starbucks locations and this one is by far the worst one I’ve stopped at. Avoid this location.

I went this morning an I’m disappointed with them. I ordered my drink with vanilla cold foam and they gave it to me with out vanilla cold foam and I told them I’m sorry but I asked for vanilla cold foam an the cashier told the lady and she looked at the sticker and rolled her eyes and when the gave me the drink back the cold foam was watery not thick how it always is and the coffee wasn’t dark how they gave it to me the first time it’s super light and taste nothing but milk. I’m super angry because I always come here a for them to not remake the drink but to put watery cold foam and Make it milky upsets me.

My meal was served in a frozen state, and regrettably, no apology was extended. I discovered this issue en route to my workplace, making it impractical to return or address the situation at that point. Furthermore, rectifying the frozen condition of the meal would have presented a significant inconvenience.

This was great store but today I was disappointed i walked to the store and waited for about 3 minutes and no body to help, that’s why starbucks is under performing because i was there to spend $6 but because no body wants to help me i left. The funny thing is there was a guy cleaning the door glass , cleaning the glass isn’t not more important than helping a customer.

Yesterday was a hot day, humidity too high. I needed a cool drink & a ‘lil pampering.
I was thirsty for a Tall chilled Iced Coffee & a warm Almond Croissant – so light it melted in my mouth.. sooo delicious!
I sat at a round light wood table near cooling a/c & enjoyed my 30 minutes of bliss.
Thank you Starbucks for offering me the relaxation respite I truly needed.

I am a pretty understanding person, first I ordered a bread online and when I get to the window it’s not available. Second, the guy at the drive-thru window had nothing close to good attitude, he was so rude as if I was bothering him. I understand we have bad days but if you are in customer service you can’t let that show. Please hire people that are happy to help us customers. Won’t be coming back to this location.
