I hate to have to leave this review but I will never go to this location again. It was nasty!! We walked in and there were dirty plates and glasses on more than 5 tables. The bar was filthy with leftover bottles and glasses. And every employee including the manager just walked past them. We only ordered 1 drink bc there was no way we were ordering food. If the front looked that bad, I couldn’t imagine what the kitchen looked like. And you could smell the bathroom throughout the restaurant. This was awful!

Afternoon dinner was amazing. The entire experience, from the minute we entered. Our server was very friendly and informative about the menu choices. The food was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was cheerful. And to end the evening Santa Mrs Claus and a helper Elf made their appearance. Everything was perfect. Merry Christmas Apple.

Nicely was our server tonight on Friday, February 6th. She was the absolute nicest waitress and provided the best service I’ve ever had *anywhere*. She was so kind and so patient despite how busy it was and how much running around she was doing; and what I appreciate most is that she wasn’t treating anybody differently but treated everyone just as specially as us. Anything I overheard from her to other tables was just as patient and sweet, and I could not be happier having her as our server tonight; not to mention the food was *perfect*. My friend and I were seated with the Cosmo and Wanda hair, just in case she remembers us.

I had not been here for years because of poor service, lousy food and general emoloyee attitudes. Returned last week to “give ‘er a try” again and very glad I did. Service was good and food was excellent. Employees exhibited caring, concerned, and friendly attitudes. My only complaint is the obvious neglect in tending to minor facility upkeep issues. Trims, especially around the front entrance, are weathered and peeling. The landscape beds around the building are more repulsive than attractive. Also, there was a very strange odor in the restrooms (no idea what it was but not at all refreshing or clean smelling). Although the interior seemed relatively clean, it was extremely dim and somewhat depressing. If the lighting is on a dimmer, it needs to be set brighter.
All-in-all, my experience was pleasant but that important first impression that is so important to retail businesses, is sorely lacking.

Hadn’t been here in a very long time but glad we made this a choice for lunch that day. Our server (Tyson) was great. Even though it was only his first week working there, he was well versed in the menu options. Although they were short staffed in the kitchen, the wait was not long at all. The food was hot and right on-point with the menu advertisement. Will definitely keep them on the list.

Had Olivia as a waitress tonight. Overheard her telling other tables she didn’t do her training because it was on a tablet she was ready to get on the floor. Sweet tea was not sweet tea. Brownie bite means a bite is all you get. I wasn’t asked what sides I would like with my meal but my husband was. Never got our appetizer that was ordered then wanted us to pay for something we didn’t get. Manager took $9.00 dollars off a $35 dollar bill even though we left the food sitting on the table not even half eaten.

I have tested the mettle of many a chicken finger. Applebee’s fries are one of my favorites. This place was standard for Applebee’s, service was nice and the food was good. No complaints other than a slight odd moment with no host/hostess so I stood there about 3 minutes feeling weird.

as a member of the prattville community my entire life, i am very disappointed in applebees. the food was tolerable but slightly cold. our non-alcoholic drinks came out after the alcoholic beverage. waitress was incompetent and forgetful. to top it all off the silverware was dirty which is extremely off putting and sat there for 40 minutes without any service. many other guests were outraged by the poor service and lack of hospitality. will never be attending again.

After doing some Christmas shopping today my mom and I decided to end our night at Applebees in Prattville. Everything was amazing. To being greeted as soon as we walked in the door to the food being brought out in a timely manner and everything was hot and delicious. Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend this location.

I am so disappointed with the treatment and poor service I just received from Applebee’s on Cobbs Ford Road in Prattville, Alabama 36066.
We arrived at 12:22 PM and were given three different servers to do our drink order. The manager brought the drinks and a third server finally came and took our appetizer and food orders.
At 1:10 PM we still had not received the two appetizers nor any of the food that we ordered.
When we inquired, because at least 7 tables of patrons that came in after us had gotten their entrees and everything, we were told let them check on the food.
They brought out one of two appetizers and one entree. This is totally unacceptable! I will be letting everyone on social media know about this ill treatment and lack of professionalism with the staff!
I told them I did not want a half order and we had already been waiting for an hour. We offered to pay for the drinks and we were told we could just go ahead and go.
Nasty behavior for a manager, who never apologized for the oversight!
