I maybe only go to sonic once every in awhile. I ordered through the app and got to the location and pulled into the stall. Checked in on the app. Usually the order is out in 5-8 minutes. It takes a whole 15-20 minutes for them to bring out a single milkshake. Oh and the guy that brought it out to my car didn’t even asked if I was the person or not, nothing. Just “here you go” and that’s it. Then this girl walks out with someone else order to my car and asks “did you have a burrito?” No, only a milkshake. I looked at her confused because the only thing I order was a milkshake.

The dine-in area was clean and calm. It also has an outside area to dine as well. Vanessa was very pleasant and the food came in good timing.

My only issue was the fries and tots were a bit too greasy but besides that everything else was good. Didn’t get a chance to take pictures of the food. Will do so another time.

Ordered food on the app for my husband to pick up on his way home from work last night. He arrives with our pickle fries missing so I give them a call. A gentlemen answers and immediately says this is Sonics but to let you know we’re closed (they apparently closed early) and didn’t even let me say anything without hanging up on me! I called back and someone else answers and I let them know an item was missing and he knew exactly what it was, so I asked for a refund. Didn’t help me at all besides directing me to the app. So my husband decides to drive back as this isn’t the first time this has happened and to request a refund. Upon arrival they were closed but still answered him. The gentleman let him know he was sorry and they’d make him a fresh large. Manager I’d assume (older white guy) comes back with pickle fries saying they only had a medium, which was what we originally ordered anyways. He gets home and we open the bag to find this garbage!! What the he// is this? You can’t even tell what they were suppose to be. They appear to have been trashed (they were closed, remember) and after he went to get them or a refund, they dug them back out of the trash for us! You cannot tell me no different, just LOOK at them and see it. Yuck!! They also gave me ranch but no fork. I mean, how else am I suppose to eat my pickles with ranch when I can’t dip them and need a fork, with this gross mess. I’m debating on calling the health dept as I’m pretty positive if they were to look at the cameras, they’d find something nasty happened with these before they fed them to a customer. How you see them in the box is how I pulled them out of the bag. We in no way shape or form ate this garbage. Also, our other part of the order was stale, cold and gross. If they were gonna be closing min after we ordered, they should have canceled it instead of serving nasty, old food and pickle fries from the trash. Still trying to get a refund and have yet to do so. Just 50 questions and proof with some more proof…
Moral of the story, don’t go back for any missing items as it’ll more than likely be the ones they tossed into the trash and dug back out! Absolutely disgusting!! Now we know why restaurants all over our country are closing shop. Bad quality food, yet, prices raising tremendously.

I tried to order a burrito in a bowl because I don’t eat bread and was told they don’t do bowls. I order the same item from the Sonic on Farrow Rd and have no problem. I tried calling the store (Hardscrabble) to ask if my order was something that could be done but the phone number on the internet does not work- says it has been disconnected or no longer in use…..smh

To spend $40 on your food and none of it is right or don’t receive all of it. At this point I am all for robots taking over these fast food jobs. It’s not like I placed the order at the window or kiosk, it was placed online and it still was messed up. They have to do better.

For a drive thru restaurant, the wait is very long. For the wait, you would expect the food to be fresh. I ordered tots and they tasted old or may have been made in dirty/old grease. I was unhappy with the quality of the food and the wait time. Customer service was okay.

First off they gave me the wrong order. Went inside and talked to one employee she took my bag and went to the manager (wish I would’ve gotten his name) and he cussed her out in a loudly manner where me and another customer could hear. Telling her she was wrong for taking the bag and yelling at her why she can’t do anything right. The girl walked out said she was done. When he finally came to me and said I’ll bring your right order out when it’s ready. I seen her out there waiting I had told her how crazy it was the way she was treated and apologized to her he happened to be behind me and said to me “what was crazy?” I said you talking to her like that. He proceeds to tell me well she kept interrupting me. It doesn’t matter if she was or wasn’t you don’t talk to anyone like that period and for the manager to come out into my conversation while I was talking to her like he wanted to do something. This location needs to get their management under control.

Sonic is my son’s favorite fast food spot after I pick him up from school every other day. Today was a little bit different I asked for an half lemonade and half tea for myself. I normally get the same drink every time I go there on a regular. Today, It wasn’t quite done correctly but the car hopper that brought the replacement drink was amazing and very thoughtful. His name was Ethan and he was very kind, attentive, polite and professional. Ethan is a great asset to the business and I appreciated his understanding and attitude towards my replacement drink. Thanks Ethan! We need more people like you in a fast food setting!

DON’T GO HERE unless you are starving. Also i have them TWO STARS but everytime i post it automatically gives 5 stars. Food was hot so they get two stars but the quality was trash. Not sure what kind of meat are the chicken tenders as they are always shribbled up in a ball like form. No more southwest sauce for the onion rings, no suggestions when I said I wanted a good mix flavor with sprite on top. There was only me and 1 other car and I was instructed to pull up. I was so hungry from running errands I forgot how bad this location Food is. I gave my tenders to our dog who have it 5 stars of course.
