Last night was literally my worst experience at an Olive Garden!!! Worst service I’ve received in a long time. I understand it being busy, but our waitress might as well outright told us she was going to ignore us. She didn’t even introduce herself to us. In between the long waits she never bothered to check on us, or even just say something simple like “sorry, we’re just so busy”. We were sat and waited 20 minutes to even get the breadsticks??? We ran out of our soup and our drinks and were hoping she’d come back so we could get a refill…I got to the point where I literally used the little screen thing and had it flashing red trying to get her or any servers attention and she still didn’t come by until it was to give us our food. So probably 20 minutes beyond Finishing!!! The drinks Before she came by again. What’s the point of unlimited soup and breadsticks if you’re not going to even come by to give us soup until our main meal is there…and then never even offered more breadsticks or anything. We were there for almost 2 hours and saw her probably 3 times.
My wedding soup was like so much spinach? Idk if she just didn’t stir the pot but I was pretty baffled.
When it came time to pay she didn’t ask anything like “cash or card?”..no she just silently grabbed the screen and fiddled with it till it was on the pay screen??? I’ve never had a waitress so blatantly just ignore customers. It was my boyfriend’s BIRTHDAY dinner too!!!!! Worst restaurant experience. Put a sign on her head “don’t tip me!” Next time!

I quite truly believe it’s because I am younger (in my twenties). I saw a table nearby of an “older” (middle aged) group who she definitely was waiting on hand and foot, constantly over there with her back always to us. I have never been so annoyed with a waitress, I work in customer service I know it can be hell, but we did NOTHING to warrant that treatment. If you pick and choose who you think deserves better service, well guess what lady, you aren’t cut out for it.
The food was fine besides the overly spinached soup. Typical Olive Garden.

Micheal, our server, very real. Very polite and very down to earth. Truly made the night. Food was decent, olive garden is reliable. But Micheal made the night. I will say, the manager with the curly top hair talking down to his servers while eating some buttery shrimp noodles who I legitimately thought was on a date, and then talking to his servers as if they need to do better really grinded my gears. I dont even think that curly haired manager dude has ever served in real life. Talking like hes reading straight from the owners manual to his employees. Brother. Get off your soap box and help your team if you think they need it. This black haired girl, Brenna, and Michael. Thats the team. Thats the team that is making this place flow and the customers coming back.

My very first Olive Garden experience (I know lol) but I HAD to try the never ending pasta promo while it was still going and I had such a nice evening with a couple friends. Definitely won’t be my last visit.

Just wanted to say how consistently excellent this location is run. Every visit feels smooth from the moment we walk in: quick seating even on busy nights, spotless tables, and a team that clearly works well together. The kitchen gets food out fast and hot, breadsticks keep coming without us ever having to ask, and every staff member we’ve encountered is friendly and on point.
It’s obvious there’s strong leadership here because the little things (refills before we’re empty, checking on tables without hovering, keeping the salad crisp) all add up to a great experience every single time. Keep doing what you’re doing; your hard work shows, and it keeps us coming back. Great job!

My family and I went here as of this posting and I am not sure what happened with our server.

1. I had ordered the wedding soup and when I eventually got it, it was like 75% broth and 25% noodles. I managed to finish my soup in like 3 or 4 bites. When I told our server about it, he told me they were out of soup and making a fresh batch which is what he should have said from the start instead of just handing me a bowl of broth. He told me he would get me a new bowl of soup, which I still never got.

2. My dad and I got unsweetened iced teas. When our server got us refills, he gave us raspberry teas. When my mom told him about the mistake, his response was ‘we don’t have raspberry tea. We have unsweetened and peach.” My mom knows this was bs because she worked for OG before. He eventually gave us our right teas, but the fact that he denied it instead of just getting us new teas was unacceptable.

3. This one is minor but when he gave us our soup and salad, he didn’t offer us any cheese with our food. It wasn’t until he brought out our main courses that he eventually did.

I don’t normally post reviews, especially bad ones, but this night was the strangest we have had at this location. Either these servers need better training or they need to find better servers period.

We had the most awesome server, “OJ”. Outstanding personality as well as his service, sense of humor and attentiveness to all his table guests.

One of the best, if not the best waiters in any restaurant I/we have ever dined at. From casual to fine dining, he was marvelous!

I think that is why our food tasted better than usual too. Lol!

Gave a huge compliment to his manager in person so he sees how excited we were to praise someone who really deserved to be.

Olive Garden never misses.
Endless breadsticks are hot, garlicky perfection, and the house salad with that zesty dressing is addictive. Tour of Italy gives you lasagna, chicken parm, and fettuccine Alfredo on one plate—huge portions, all delicious. Service is warm, fast, and genuinely friendly.
It’s cozy, affordable Italian comfort food done right. When you want hearty classics and unlimited breadsticks without any fuss, this is the spot. Still one of our favorites—already craving the next visit!

Love going here with my wife—it’s great, what can I say; I will say, the breadsticks could be better. Pasta is amazing though. Portion size is wonderful.
