Amazing Hamburgers! Probably the best quality in town! I’m on googles top %10 hamburger reviewer , and the Hamburger Patties are top grade beef! The quality is superb! I eat here 3 times a week! The service is fast, polite and friendly! The chef is always eager to shake my hand every time I’m in the drive through! I look forward to seeing him! 1 star for atmosphere because it is drive thru only no inside seating. Which is fine because I go for the food. They are busy but line moves fast. Please don’t make a left on to Telegraph when you exit. Go around the block back to Mills it’s safer

I have been going to Douglas burgers for 20 years. I recently went through thier drivet hru and asked for a barbecue beef sandwich and to put the sauce on the side not in the sandwich. I repeated the order 3 times. When I got the sandwich they put the sauce inside the sandwich. When I called in and told them they made an error and if they would remake the sandwich. They denied I asked for the sauce on the side and the sandwich cost $25 so they refused to redo the sandwich or a refund. It’s sad they lied about doing the order wrong. They just lost a customer who has been going rhere 20 years because I will never go there again.

Why is the Dining Room still not open? I would have given 5 Stars but I want to sit down and enjoy a Excellent meal inside. I would visit more often and I think a lot of other customer would also if the Dining room was back open.

They are really fast! There were 5 cars ahead of me, and I was still able to get my food within 15 minutes from the time I got in line. They were also willing to customize my pastrami burger!
