The service was horrible. We waited forever from the time we walked in the door. There was no hostess present for at least 3 to 5 minutes. Once we were seated, we waited forever to get drinks. Ten minutes after we ordered an appetizer, we were told that they were out of that appetizer. Then, we noticed other tables that were seated after us getting food that didn’t seem to be any more complicated or labor Intensive than our order. The pick that I included is the steak salad on the lunch menu. As you can see, it is rather small. It is actually smaller than a lot of the side salads that I get from comparable steakhouses. I did notice at least one manager that was going through the dining room trying to fill in where he could. This place obviously has serious human resource problems with everything from their kitchen staff to their servers. I would be interested to know if this is a common theme with corporately owned restaurants in milledgeville, versus privately owned. Because I usually only eat at privately owned restaurants here and they are quite good.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst service I’ve received in a long time. I came to dinner with some coworkers, and from the start, they told us that a large portion of the steak menu was unavailable. After placing our order and waiting an hour, the waiter informed us that some of the dishes we ordered were sold out and we had to change our order. Then they served the dishes one by one, so we couldn’t eat together, and several dishes arrived cold. On top of that, a simple drink took more than half an hour to be served. This restaurant and its terrible service were a disaster. I do not recommend it and I will never go back.

This has been the worst visit. While I was able to walk in an immediately be seated it took 15 minutes for the server to get to us for our drinks, over 40 minutes before we got bread or salads and over an hour to get our food. 3 of the 4 steaks were 8o renegades that beyond rare not even warm in the middle and the 4th was a long horn that was well done when it was supposed to be rare. After receiving the food we were then informed that they were out of all types of steak sauce. We then asked for the manager and she would not come out of the kitchen, the server kept checking with her and letting us know she checked with the manager again and apologized every time. After an hour of waiting for the manger we gave up and asked our server to ask her if she could just comp the bill so we could leave since it’s been an hour. We have spent over 2 hours here at this point and we still have not been able to eat or speak with the manager. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

A very busy location. However, the food was excellent, the wait staff were cheerful and friendly, and the food came as ordered and was hot. If you are in a hurry, I would not recommend this as they make your dining experience one to be memorable. The restrooms were clean, and the facility is clean and well maintained. A negative, the prices have gone up considerably over the last year. Very comparable to long horn in spokane Washington .

Two stars. The wait for a table was very long, and the hostess was also cleaning tables, which made things feel disorganized. Service was extremely slow throughout the meal. Our waitress took a long time with everything and never came back to offer drinks toward the end, and we never received our to-go cup. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we will not be coming back. Also the silverware was filthy.

This review isn’t for any one isolated experience. This is my experience as a whole. This place isn’t perfect. But – if there’s one thing I can appreciate in today’s time – is CONSISTENCY! I may nkt be served absolutely delicious food every single time, but I will be served Good food CONSISTENTLY. I’ve had one bad experience there out of the billion visits I have been. I do feel the need to make this note though…I was reading through the other reviews and noticed a lady witnessed a waitress mix up checks, charge cards, etc by mistake. Well, that’s something that probably needs to be kept an eye on because it also has happened to me. There’s so many scams out there who knows what the next new thing is. Just watch your account and verify you’re paying for your own ticket. I hadn’t thought of this until I read that ladies review…better safe than sorry. It was a really nice blonde who made the mistake with me. Not sure if it’s the same person or not.

We just had the worst experience here. We walked in the door to find one couple waiting to be seated. The four of us stood there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Now mind you, it’s 4:00 on a Friday afternoon, the day before Valentine’s Day. 5 employee’s walked up to the hostess stand. 2 got on a computer and 3 were standing there watching. ( still didn’t acknowledge us). After about 5 more minutes at least 10 more people showed up. Still crickets coming from the staff. So everyone was thinking it, but I had to be the Karen and asked, is there a hostess available? We’ve been standing here for awhile and no one has said anything to us. The reason they gave us that they are having trouble switching from day to night shift. I get it, and I would have been fine, but don’t ignore us. Finally someone started to seat people. The first table she took us to was dirty. She then took us to a half booth table by the exit door. We sat there for 10-15 minutes before anyone came to our table. When she did her question was, Has no one been here yet? I firmly said no! We waited 10 more minutes while I watched 2 other tables get seated and greeted. I said That’s It and we left. One the way out I told the hostess we are leaving because no one ever came.
To the manager, if your crew cannot get it together and get the dining room cleaned up and ready to go for a Friday night, you need to go to bar only between 2-4. Almost every table had dirty dishes and no one was cleaning them off.

i recently visited the Longhorn Steakhouse at 2470 N Columbia St, in Milledgeville, GA. I was staying in the area and this Longhorn was close by to my hotel. I entered the restaurant and went to the bar where I was quickly greeted and my order taken. I believe the young ladies name was Cindy. She is very good at her job and very professional. Good job.

We went to Longhorn for the first time last night to celebrate our son’s birthday, and it was phenomenal! It was the best steak I’ve had in years. My daughter and I both ordered the Renegade sirloin with the shrimp. I fell in love with the shrimp and butter sauce. The steak was cooked to perfection and was so tender and juicy. Even the broccoli was fire! The ambiance was nice and quiet. The server was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely go back soon!

We had a work Christmas party get together here and once we were seated we were told that they were out of alot of food options and that was kinda of a bummer, but we had Chloe as our waitress and she was just absolutely amazing , attentive ,curtious and kept a smile on her face the whole time and to me that made up for the lack of not having the food we really wanted ! If the world had more Chloe’s we would be a lot better off! I hope this review reaches her and her managers so they know what an amazing person they have on their staff !!!!
