DO NOT USE MOBILE APP! This place refused to serve my friend’s mobile order of 1 large fry, although the app charged her. The girl at the drive through just kept saying, “No.”, over and over without listening to us explain that the food has been paid for. A manager (?) then come on and just kept saying they were closing in 3 min. We again asked about the charge to her card. Very rudely he barked at us that he has the ability to deny any mobile orders from 10:50-11:00pm, and he would deny her order. He never even canceled it so she had to, and we still waiting for her refund. Maybe next time they could lead with the refund instead of just “N0.” As I type this McDonalds sent her a receipt and asked if she enjoyed her food, meaning they aren’t refunding. Ya’ll suck.

Food is always disgusting. I was dumb enough to go there again today. Went through the drive thru. Ordered an old, dried up quarter pounder and the Mc Crispy which I forced to throw away. You could taste the fish in the oil that it was cooked in. SUPER DISGUSTED!

This place is absolutely horrible. Everytime I come they have me park for my food. Never missing a beat. Every. Single. Time. No one in line behind me. Then take 8-10 mins to bring out my food. They are rude to customers inside and out. Highly recommend spending your time and money elsewhere! Very unprofessional in so many ways.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this McDonald’s drive-thru on October 30. The staff, including the person who claimed to be the manager, were rude and unprofessional. My order was handled poorly, and I felt completely ignored and disrespected.
I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure customers are treated with respect in the future.

I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:20. I was charged and order was placed. I get to the drive thru screen at 10:32 and provide my code. They tell me breakfast isn’t able to be ordered after 10:30. I said I know, I ordered at 10:20 and was already charged. They tell me that the order isn’t placed until I get to the screen. Then why am I charged before if it’s not even ordered?? Don’t let people order on your app if you aren’t going to provide the items.

I don’t even why I still go to McDonald’s. These employees just get worst. You can’t blame them when you have a rude manager leading you. The short and wide lady in the red shirt doesn’t even have the knowledge to come and explain why my order got canceled automatically. I had already arrived and it was showing another order for a different date directly under my canceled order stating it was being prepared. I didn’t realize it was a different date because it stated it was being prepped so I went inside to collect the items. Instead of giving an explanation she just hollered out loud “that isn’t even the right damn date” and sent her employee to me without telling me what happened. I couldn’t place another order for the deal because it said I had to wait 15 minutes again. Where are the good McDonald’s at?

3 star. Same food. Bigger prices. But what really bugs me. Not the same food. Not the prices. But that i pull through a DRIVE THRU. 1st in line no one waiting hardly anyone parked. 1 guy in the order online and park spot. Go through the drive thru… and with no one front or back of me… im told to go park in the Drive thru 1 parking spot. Didnt know there were 2 of them even but at what point as a company do you put DRIVE THRU signs everywhere. Advertising speed accuracy availability to the consumer. And then you make them pull through only to go park and wait. Why couldnt i wait the 30 seconds in the drive thru? There was no rush. Why do i have to park. Bring back the old drive thru where you pull up, order, pay, they hand you your shit then you are on your way. Why do i have to park and wait 30 seconds for them to bring me food in an empty parking lot?

In my opinion, french fries are the crowning achievement of McDonald’s. After eating at various restaurants and having tried their fries, I wanted to compare the McDonald’s fries, to see how well they would stack up. The evening shift service here was excellent, first of all. As for the fries, the key, I found, is to eat these fries while they are hot. After cooling off, however, one might as well be taking a bite into a soggy tadpole. Still, I found this to be an enjoyable experience and would recommend trying the fries sometime.
