This is the worst one I have been to. I placed my order after I gotten off from work. So I decided to do curbside pick up and I waited almost 20 minutes and no one came out. There was an jeep that was parked beside me and that a couple of employees went to it and one gotten in and the other one was on the driveside talking to someone. Than there was at least 2 employees come out and I am amusing they was getting off. No one didn’t have the courtesy to say anything to me when they seen me sitting there waiting to get my food. Than I went through the drive thru to let them know I was waiting on my food for curbside pick up and the lady said that it was only 2 of them working. They should had more people in there working especially on a Friday night. When I gotten home everything was cold after I spent over 50 dollars worth of food and NONE OF IT WAS HOT. So I will not be returning to this location at all. I will not recommend anyone going to this location at night.

This McDonald’s location is notoriously bad, but tonight was the worst experience I’ve had. I pulled into the drive thru 6 cars back from the speaker. 56 minutes later I leave with my order: 13 cookies and a small fry. 56 minutes!!! While the workers didn’t seem to have a bad attitude nor were negative (very surprising for this location), they never mentioned anything about the wait, much less apologized for it. I get home and find the cookies are crammed into a 10 piece nugget box. They were so crammed together that they could no longer be separated. It was all one big chunk of cookie. By all means drive the extra mile and go to the one by Target. Or go to the Memorial Road location. Whatever you do, avoid this location at all costs!

Absolute best drive-thru customer service we have ever had anywhere! Both the window attendant and the manager were extremely kind and accommodating. The new hot honey chicken biscuit was huge and cooked perfectly.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews for this location. I just rolled through the drive thru for my #9 and feel very satisfied. Was it quick? No. But was it hot and fresh? Actually no. It wasn’t. But the two young ladies that I interacted with were very friendly and kind. Boom, 3 stars just for being nice! And they got my order right. Boom, 2 more stars! Keep up the good work. Merry Christmas!

Don’t use the bathroom unless you want MRSA. I went to use it and saw urine all over the toilet seat. Fair enough, maybe someone messed it up after they cleaned it. They sent in a worker to clean the seat with a toilet brush. He sprayed the toilet seat, then dipped the brush IN THE DIRTY TOILET WATER and scrubbed the seat. I’m pretty sure that’s a health code violation.

The lady at the window was incredibly nice and pleasant. When she asked what sauce I wanted, I of course said the creamy chilly and she said “now girlllll that’s what I like! That’s what I’m talking about!”
That’s exactly how you do it. You don’t have to be a robot or on auto pilot. She had a wonderful personality and will be the reason I grab my coffee every morning from this location instead. Thank you!
I wish I knew her name, but she had a beautiful black choker on with a red stone!

To start off, we had to wait in the drive-through before even getting to the microphone to order our food for around 15 minutes and then the microphone because it’s so quiet you order your food. You wait for another 20 minute at the window to pay and then you pay you pull up and they make you wait to get your food and you’re like oh it’s OK. I’m just waiting to get my food WRONG. You’re waiting for another 25 minutes because they forgot about your food and you have to go in and get it because they forgot about your food as a paying customer as they pay and he forgot stuff even though I had to go in there and get it I asked specifically for ranch after I had to go in and ask for my meal that they forgot about and all he gave me was sweet-and-sour sauce. The service here is awful. The atmosphere is awful zero out of 10 avoid this place at all cost

The location is just horrible. The management never cares about being on time for their orders in the Drive-Thru and the food in the bags is usually wrong and is cold and doesn’t taste too good, highly would not recommend

Store #1220. I truly hope she reads this. I mean seriously who writes a review about McDonald’s? IF you are lucky enough to see all the poor reviews on Trip Advisor, Yelp, and Google before you go here, then trust them, and go somewhere else. Counter Service, Thursday, October 2, 8:08pm, she could not have been ruder or slower or cared less about customers…and she tried. Food terrible because she let it sit in the bag outside the heat lamps and the filet was still Overcooked, cold fries, and smashed cheeseburger. Too bad for McDonald’s a great American Institution but hey workers like her are why things are going more and more automated at McDonald’s and like type businesses. People want the min. wage to go up and up and for what, this? Welcome automation–you are the one’s bringing this on, basically crying for more money while you eliminate your jobs.
