Crazy work! How are you going to tell customers you only have soft drinks and then sit there and make two frappes. There’s no denying it either I have photos. We came to McDonalds to get a biscuit and a frappe. We get to the ordering machine and try to order the frappe and they say we only have soft drinks. Then we get to the last window waiting for our food and we see an associate making not one but two frappes. The other associates notice us staring hard at her making them. And they are all smiling like they knew what they were doing! That’s so ridiculous! It’s just really upsetting to be lied to!

I’m giving this place one star because there’s no other option. I hadn’t visited in a long time due to the terrible service, and unfortunately nothing has changed. They serve the food however the employees want, not how you order it. The same issue happens every time—even if you place an order through the app for pickup, you still end up having to go inside because they ignore you and leave you waiting outside. The service is consistently poor, and I will not be coming back

The girl that worked the night of the Super Bowl around 9:30pm at the 2nd drive window had that nastiest attitude and had beats headphones on both of her ears. 1st She tried handing the wrong drinks out that window. I politely let her know that those aren’t the drinks for the order I was picking up. She shut the window so quick. Then opened it and rudely asked me the name and slammed the window shut again. Then when she came back just tried to hand the order out the window without saying a word and slammed the window shut before I could ask her if everything was in the bag. We said excuse me, her manager was right there standing behind her and she was giving us the biggest attitude saying everything is in the bag. The food was cold. And the manager didn’t care that she was unprofessional, it seemed like he was actually endorsing it! Drive to the next McDonalds and save yourself from experiencing HORRIBLE customer service!

Such an unprofessional staff. The lack of willingness to help is baffling. We placed a mobile order for that store & was able to show a receipt to show it was the correct store & time. But it still wasn’t in the system. So they said “refund your order then make a new one. So I did make a new order & all they had to say to me was “your order is not here” but IM SHOWING YOU THE RECIPT FOR THE SECOND ORDER YOU TOLD ME TO PLACE. & still wouldn’t give me my food . Like I had the proof twice. they might as well have been like “too bad, not our problem” & the app isn’t letting me refund for some reason.. so now I’m suck with a $20 charge. No food. And I’m late for work. Tysm McDonald’s on 36!!

If I’m going to wait for 20 mins at the window, the food shouldn’t look like someone had a fight with it before they handed it to me. It’s unacceptable to open up your mobile order and your cheeseburger is sideways, sauce everywhere and they made the burger with two bottom buns. I get off of working a 12 hour shift and decided to stop here for dinner before I get home…this wasn’t satisfying at all!

Someone please explain how this is a large fry?! Like, come on McDonald’s it’s medium at best. Not the first time this has happened at this location. I just feel like you should be give the amount you pay for. ♀️ – Sincerely a 5 month pregnant woman who only wanted fries.

This was the sloppiest McDonald’s sandwiches we have ever witnessed. There is something to be said about speedy order, Mayo was oozing out on all the sandwiches orders, cheese all over wrappers, Lettuce and onion half way on sandwiches, Total mess. It was all hot food. However the mess was unacceptable. We will not be stopping at this location anymore. Even if they were friendly and fast. Too messy.

I went through the drive thru today and the man literally asked if I order the fish filet and I said yes and he still gave me the wrong bag. I was really looking forward to that sandwich and they are so unorganized. Won’t be returning. On top of it the nuggets they gave me were undercooked and not crispy at all. 🙁 very disappointed

never got my food in under 30 minutes every time i come here. one time they gave me a raw nugget. workers play around instead of working. i’m not the type to leave a review but this is a every time thing and it should be fixed.

Did an online order order a sweet tea ,large frie, a wrap an a 10peiece chicken nugget an a ice cream. The young lady who brought out the food forgot my ice cream attitude bad, then she proceeded to walk back to get my ice cream before she made it across the parking lot she comes back an say oh we all out of ice cream just get ur money back. While sitting there eating I see am older couple come out with ice cream. So I am thinking wow she just told me they were out of all ice cream. So I get out go in the store to ask why she tell me there was no ice cream the manager said oh it was broke they just fixed it. I feel like she played in my face cause how was it just broke but not even 5mins later its back working. I was on my lunch break didnt have time to get out an go in but I made time cause I wanted to know what was going on. I want ever be back to this location
