My experience at the LongHorn in Peachtree City was calming and chilled. Joshua, our waiter, was attentive and knowledgeable about the steak and drinks, making excellent recommendations that paired perfectly with our meal. The steaks were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, while the sides were fresh and well-seasoned. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right level of background music to keep the mood relaxed. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience that left us feeling satisfied and eager to return.

This place is amazing! I have to recognize Cathy/Kathy who saved me. She was so kind when I called at the last minute the night before to place a rather large to-go order. She made sure my order was placed and everything was good to go for the next day to be picked up. Cathy was so kind and patient considering I called so late and she did not seem rushed or upset. She definitely deserves recognition especially nowadays with customer service the way it is. My order was not only correct, but the food was delicious. Thanks again Cathy!

First time visiting this location. The service was relatively fast, considering it was Father’s Day. We had to send a plate back and water because the plate was dirty and the water had half a straw in it. The food was good. His steak was cooked according to his specifications, and so was my son’s.
It wasn’t a bad experience just need to tighten up a bit.

They were amazing. The staff was so friendly. They were unaware that my grandmother has cancer, and her patience is very short. They brought the food out in a timely manner just in time before she has one of her. I’m ready to go outburst. she sent the food was good. We will be back. They have now made it her favorite place to eat after chemo hats off to the staff that treated us on March 25, 2002 at 2:00 PM. Simply amazing.

This was, by far, the best experience I’ve had at this Longhorn Steak House. I live here locally and visit this establishment at least once a month. The defining moment to make this the best ever was our server tonight! Monique is by far the best ever! I’m sorry if I misspelled it! Thank you very much! Ashley, the manager, was great. There was an issue with my steak being a bit overdone. She took care of it immediately. We were seated immediately with no wait. Our waitress Tootie was the best. She had helpful recommendations of appetizer choices. She kept our glasses full. Had a great and cheerful attitude. The food preparation besides my steak was tasty and appealing to the palette and eye. The manager explained they had a new person on the grill. And like I said, she fixed the issue promptly and satisfactory. Would definitely recommend you to eat here. The atmosphere was a very nice dining experience.

I took my daughter for lunch here to celebrate her birthday. We arrived right after 11, when they opened for the day. We were sat quickly. We noticed immediately that our table, and all the tables surrounding us, were dirty (see attached picture). My only assumption is that the closing crew the night before did nothing to clean up after themselves or their customers. I did see the hostess attempting to wipe down other tables in between helping guests as they arrived. I got an extra napkin to wipe down our table. Our server, Ryan, was friendly and took our order pretty quickly. We both just ordered the fire cracker chicken wraps as our main meal (without the salsa). He brought out the bread and there was no knife with it. I asked him if there were any butter knives to butter the bread with since all we had were steak knives in our napkins and he told me they “threw all those out.” Buttering the bread with a giant steak knife was not only ridiculous, but pretty impossible, and my daughter and I gave up after two slices. Our fire cracker chicken wraps were good, but my daughter ran out of her drink less than halfway through hers and had to stop eating until I could catch the attention of our server and ask for a refill. He was thoughtful and brought it in a to-go cup (we joked that he was ready to get rid of us). All of the dirty dishes (even the ones we pushed to the outer edge) sat on the table until we left. The service could have been better, especially considering there was only one other group (of 3) sat in our server’s section while we were there, but the fire cracker wraps were good and that was our whole purpose of coming.

Steak was perfect. Josh was great. He fixes a great old fashioned. Four stars for atmosphere because of gnats in the bar area trying to land on my drink and food. This is the second Longhorn where odor and gnats were a disappointing nuisance.
