They don’t listen. They screwed up the entire order. I asked for ketchup only on a cheeseburger. No ketchup on it. I asked for a Route 44 Cherry Limeade and received a regular sized. They literally put what they wanted on the order. Not what the customer asked for. We had to go to
Mc Donald’s across the street for ketchup. I also couldn’t hear the drive through speaker at first but they could hear me just fine because they read my order back to me and it was still messed up.

Fast delivery of food and it arrived warm.
The food tasted good for fast food and was an appropriate size for the price paid.
This location though was very dirty (trash, trash cans full, smudges on all windows, etc.) A deep cleaning would do this location well.

The drive through window is absolutely disgusting. It’s full of germs and probably bacteria. It’s scary gross that they make food here and don’t clean their windows and who knows what else they don’t clean. I’m second guessing my choices of eating here again. I am scared of becoming ill.

The workers at this location seem kind of lazy. There is one or two that go out of their way. The rest are kind of rude. Also the new half price drinks and slushies instead of all drinks is kind of ridiculous. They also changed something that’s called snacky hour which I think is ridiculous. I order some food from here tn fully expecting sonic to come through tonight, to be a complete let down they left my my entire side of the order left out another side and on top of that the cheeseburger that I did get was completely cold my cheese unmelted and nasty all around. I called and the guy didn’t seem very apologetic just a oh yeah I forgot that it wasn’t ready when they got here, if it’s not ready how about don’t send it out the window!!!!!

Had to go to Mc Donald’s to get a desert . The woman obviously had to much alcohol to drink because she had slurd her words so bad I could not understand what she was saying. Something about bojangles and a red truck . If she was that drunk I sure didn’t want her Messi g with my food so I left and went to McDonald’s . About 4pm on 10-14-25 in Alcoa tn.Oh and by the way I love the auto answer to the one guys BAD REVIEW where it thanks him for the compliment and can’t wait to see him again. From the so called owner.

Left the airport and stopped for food after a long day of traveling. Ordered 2 meals and did not rcieve any drinks and had a hair in the tots. By the time we realized we didn’t get our drinks we were already down the road and we’re not going to turn around. The store wasn’t busy at all so there was no reason for this mistake.

The staff are absolutely lovey, so is the atmosphere and so forth. But every single time I order here, I get the exact say thing. The Choco brownie Blast. I get it as a large, with all the toppings extra, with Oreos added. The only issue I have is, the worker who takes my order always confirms Chocolate syrup will be added and mixed in, as I have a dislike for Vanilla (too bland for me, and I’m just a big choco-holic.). Every time, there has never once been any chocolate mixed in. It’s always just been plain old vanilla ice cream. Which sucks, but oh well. I just wish orders would be cared for just a tiny bit more. (I know its not an issue against me directly, especially since I tip really well every single time. 5+ dollars and I park in the closest stall available.)

i had to throw my foods away.. I ordered here many time and there always got wrong orders.. I would never came there again ever.. I told them to give me back so they said will return in my card in a day. I don’t appreciate their customer service cause I saw somebody inside and they just stand and talked right there and it took us to wait for their foods service..

Stopped in for a quick bite at around 3pm. 100% of our burgers were not warm, therefore, the cheese was not even soft and actually still a little chilled. It tasted like a dirty grill and the bun was dry and crusty. Not sure if it was due to the off-hour, but carhop wasn’t friendly either. Sadly disappointing for a snack.
