i spent $30 and this what i get as a bacon cheese burger, than was told to bring the burger back another day to have it remade because i didn’t want to leave the house, this place play in my face too much, i’ve called corporate twice and now this! this my sign to stay away. only go because this is the closest location to diamond lakes.

I just ordered two small chicken sandwiches and they’re so burnt I can’t even eat them. I use to love this establishment now I have to go all the way to wheeler rd to get a decent burger or sandwich. Also the last burger I got was under cooked and the one before that OVER cooked. They need adults who care to run this place

Horrible customer service. The card readers don’t work. They didn’t have a card reader when they brought the food. She acted like I was bothering her because she had to go back to get the card reader. The owner can respond to views but won’t fix anything. This the worst sonic in Augusta. Do better. It used to be the best.

I went to sonic today 12/19 and got lunch for me and my family and when i got home to eat after taking 2-3 bites i looked down at my sandwich and noticed the chicken was still raw in the inside! When i called the sonic store i asked for a manager on duty and the person on the phone said your speaking to one and i told him what was going on with my sandwich and it was a 3 minute literal delay of silence before he said what do you want us to do about it. He was very nonchalant with no care in the world that i was eating raw chicken. Poor customer service we have never had a problem with this sonic and we go here all the time but won’t be any longer. Everyone does make mistakes but it’s how you handle the mistake that makes a difference and the “manager” didn’t handle this at all well. I would like to speak to someone hire up, as a business owner myself I would definitely want my associates to do and be better.

Hardly any ingredients in the Blast Turtle truffle nut.. Paid $6.99 plus tax for vanilla ice cream and maybe 10 turtle truffles and nothing else!
The server Jason brought it out, l gave him a $2.00 tip and he went to a car driving through, parked in our way of getting out and enjoyed a cigarette with his buddy.
Won’t be back to this sonic..

Went to the local Sonic. The service is a little slow when they’re packed, on a night like tonight. The food was pretty good but generally speaking it took a lot longer to get my food than I accustomed to. I ordered a new York hot dog, breakfast sandwich, and a Snickers ice cream thing. I also ordered a slushie to go. The payment process was quick and easy but the time it took a while to make it.

Only bc of the manager Christy she was more than nice and was willing to remake our food and gave us a refund. She was very concerned about our experience and really wanted us to try her restaurant one more time so she could prove that it was just a one time thing. And she was right. Very thankful
I will never spend my hard earned money at this location, or probably any sonic, ever again. We waited 20 minutes to get food that looked like they threw it on the ground. What a horrible experience.

I go there everyday and get the same thing everyday most of the waiters know me by face and recognize me everyday. But there is one waitress up there that has a very bad attitude she has blue hair and obviously don’t like her job because she always has an attitude everytime I go up there she’s not friendly at all. The service is usually okay but that one car hopper with blue hair is not friendly and or helpful and if you ask for something that you need she will roll her eyes and go and get it and come back with an attitude even more so that might be an adjustment the company needs to make because I’m a very good customer and a loyal customer and I’m very friendly to everybody that works there even the ones that aren’t friendly back. But as much business as I do with this location I am going to end up taking my 20 plus dollars to another location with people who are just as humble as I am to them.

Came yesterday evening to order a simple shake the intercom kept messing up so I had to repeat myself a few times as I finished ordering I heard the person taking my order which I’m sure is a manger and I definitely know who say “she needs to make up her damn mind “ again I recognize the voice because I use to work here
