Went to the Taco Bell in the Blue Ash location which is a great area. Service was great and I haven’t had Taco Bell in years. Of course I am so used to making my own tacos. I was lazy so I didn’t feel like it. Well I stopped there before work and grabbed two tacos and some sort of pizza taco with beans and me tomatoes on top. It was okay but the service was great. I’ll say that the location is a good area, but I think I’m just going to go back to making my own tacos at home. All do with respect, no disrespect.

Food was underfilled and looked nothing like the amounts shown in the menu kiosk photos. Paid extra for sour cream cups. Cups are 3/4 empty. Horrible value. Full menu prices for 1/4 the advertised portions. Will not be coming back to the Blue Ash /Plainfield Rd location.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great fast-food experience or seeking for a food at night.
The staff working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was clear that they genuinely enjoy their work and take pride in cooking with love. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food – it was absolutely amazing, especially considering that this is a fast-food restaurant!
What really stood out to me was the fact that the establishment is open until 2 am, with a dine-in section available. This is a major advantage compared to other fast-food chains like McDonald’s and Burger King, which typically close their restaurants 10pm and allows you only drive through order. This means that you can satisfy your late-night cravings and enjoy a delicious meal in a comfortable environment.
Overall, my experience at this establishment was fantastic and I would definitely visit again. If you’re looking for a great fast-food spot with friendly staff, amazing food, and late-night hours, this is the place for you!

Its taco bell, only issue i have had consistently is that my food has been cold more times than not. Other than that its great food, staff is always good and helpful and have had 0 issues with them or with how busy the place is. This is still my go to location but just be wary of cold food

Ordered through the app to very easily customize an order for multiple vegetarians and confirmed it was correct on the screen. I get the food and half of the order has meat. Unprofessional tone on the phone, and will not issue refund unless I come in person even though I ordered on the app. The employee I spoke with was unclear when I asked what I needed to have to be issued the refund. Unfortunately I have already driven away and cannot make the trip back tonight so I’m not sure if I will get a refund for the wasted food. I have been to this taco bell many times, they typically make minor errors which I can get past, but putting meat in a meal where everything is ordered as vegetarian is disappointing and careless. People go to fast food establishments typically because they don’t have the ability to do something better for themselves, which is the case for my family who is taking care of another dying family member. I will not be returning due to the extreme carelessness and unprofessionalism.

Had a mobile order that they forgot a cheesy Gordita and a quesorito, then the food we did have was cold and my spicy potato taco had exactly four little potato bits in it. We went back to reorder our missing items because I haven’t been able to eat in a few days and I really wanted this. Reorder, and then my cheesy Gordita was missing again, and had another sad, small potato taco. Extremely disappointed in the quality, and the fact I was offered a credit instead of a refund. Will not be coming back to this location.

While I waited at the window to receive my order, rather than looking at or acknowledging me, the Taco Bell employee FaceTimed someone who was smoking weed and blowing out an intense amount of smoke. When he handed me my “food”, he did not say anything, but grunted. Without eye contact.
For the food, my Crunchwrap supreme was 1/4 in. thick, my soft taco was the size a small tv remote, and my nacho cheese sauce was half empty. Never would I recommend this TB location. It is folly.

Nobody actually to take my order, I put it on the kiosk. Got a bean and rice burrito and a cantina chicken taco. The burrito was ok albeit the rice seems crunchy. But the taco is what really blew me away. The sheer disrespect and disappointment I felt after opening the wrapper. I tried to tske a bite and couldn’t even do it. If they actually put chicken in that, it sure didn’t taste like it. Looked like bad beef as well. Currently contacting customer service to see about getting a full refund and if I’m lucky some replacement burritos. Because this ruined my whole work day
