After a long day of travel I longed for some food to fill my stomach. The difficulties of the day made it imperative that I find an establishment with food worthy of touching my tongue. Fortunately for me I found this exquisite taste in the Ohio Valley McDonald’s.
The moment I walked in I was hit with an aura of efficiency and a wonderfully terrific atmosphere where my food was delivered to me quickly. Alongside the great Filet-O-Fish and exquisite McNuggets I was able to purchase the finest shamrock shake I have ever laid eyes on. It’s green Hue of great exquisiteness add me enamored with satiation and joy, is the likes of which I had never encountered before.
I knew from the moment I approached my ordering kiosk that what I was about to receive was nothing short of quality food. And the experience that I had will last me a lifetime.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a large french fry and a large soda at 2:11pm today. After waiting 15min i went behind the counter myself and got my soda while still having not yet received the french fry. At 2:34 after joining a group of other angry patrons who had been waiting for 10-40min And we all angrily joined together to get our food is when I received the french fries. On top of all of this fiasco, this is by far one of the dirtiest, stickiest, and worst customer service experiences McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I went to use the bathroom before leaving to find both toilets covered in urine and feces.

I was at this restaurant for about 20 minutes waiting for a DoorDash order. I told the Manager it wouldn’t have been so bad except my customer was told over 10 minutes ago their order was ready. They McDonalds isn’t getting in trouble I am. Customer wondering why I haven’t left if the order is ready. I did tell her to have a good day and I hope it got better. I think the counter customer service sucks because they are all focused on Drivethru. It’s not fair if the order isn’t ready don’t push the button.

41 minutes to get my food. It was lukewarm and made incorrectly. Got a double instead of a triple cheeseburger. When I said something, the young girl behind the counter acted like I was in the wrong for even asking them to correct it. Several others dealt with the same issues as I waited. Eat anywhere else.

Rudest employees compared to other restaurants in town. Food is sloppy and thrown together. Being a restaurant worker myself, this McDonald’s needs to get it together and do better. New management or employees or maybe both. Do not recommend to dine here. I’d rather make the drive to the Morristown McDonald’s instead for better food and service.

if I can leave the most -0 I would the girl rushed me whenever I was ordering and whenever I got to the window, she was very rude snatched the cord out of my hand and then whenever I got to get my food, she told me she was gonna charge me for the sauces which I get that they have to do that but the one in Elm Grove would never and whenever I got my food the fries had black dots on them. My friends big Mac did not have cheese on it. I show a poem. I’m so pissed off.

I gave St clairsville Ohio store 3 stars cause chicken nuggets 30 nuggets were cold out of 40 of them. The girl at the register seemed like she didn’t want to be their,no smile ,no welcome McDonald’s. The tables were absolutely dirty and sticky. Not one was clean in front of store. There were number cards sitting on empty tables . Piles of dirty trays.

The latest screw up: two chicken sandwiches, both clearly marked mayonnaise only, pickle only. What do I see when I get home? Hot, disgusting, wilted lettuce. Not one pickle to be found (not that a pickle would have fixed the hot summer dumpster lettuce flavor seeping into the sandwich).
So just how incompetent do you have to be to work here? Management obviously doesn’t care, because I’ve complained before about my order missing entire sandwiches.

The restaurant was one of the filthiest I’ve ever been in. All trash cans were over filled and every single table in the place was dirty. Food was very slow to be ready for me as well.
