Did a Wednesday jeopardy night at KKs. First time for us there. Place was crowded and had to wait 15. Finally got a table and sat down to order before the Jeopardy game began. My wife and I split a Grinder (Calzone) order, my daughter and Sonny law did the pizza. We also ordered garlic knots as an app. Ok, food took a little bit but really no problem there. When the food arrived our server accidently dropped our Grinder to the floor. Oh well, crap happens. Wife and I had to watch daughter and Sonny eat pizza for another 15 minutes until our order finally arrived. The Grinder tasted ok but not great. It tasted a little over cooked, maybe the kitchen hurrying to get our meal out. The garlic knots were ok too. The Kobb salad is delicious. I’m going with a 5 star experience. The service was great! We were comp’d our grinder meal for the accidental drop. Server and bar manager were friendly, apologetic and did the right thing. Krazy Karl’s is a must go! Friendly atmosphere though a little on the small side but you get treated right. A 5 experience!

Ordered ahead for pick-up and left a note in my order to also get two sides of spicy ranch. Upon my arrival to Krazy Karl’s pick-up area, I checked in with my order number and name and inquired as to the sides of sauce. I was made to do an additional transaction for these (no worries, and I paid accordingly). Then, when my pizzas are finally ready and I retrieve them from an employee (might I add, the exact same one who I’d checked in with and bought the spicy ranch from), I asked very clearly, “Is the ranch already in the boxes with the pizza?” Because they were not sitting on top and I could only see the two pizza boxes I was being handed. I was told yes so I drove home to find the boxes without the ranch at all.
Of course I loved the pizza and have for a while but this interaction was infuriating. I don’t know how eager I will be to come back after this, because I felt I did everything right and was quite patient during the peak pizza hours yet I was slighted. Included photo w my receipt where I left the initial request and the box of pizza without a side of ranch in it.

My review focuses on customer service rather than food quality. The food itself is very good; however, we have repeatedly experienced extremely poor customer service.
On a previous occasion, we placed an order by phone. When my husband arrived to pick it up, the order had not been submitted, and he had to wait an additional 40+ minutes for it to be prepared. While mistakes can happen, yesterday’s experience was unacceptable.
I placed and paid for an online order, and my husband went to pick it up. When he arrived, only half of the order had been prepared. The staff claimed the rest “did not print” on their ticket, even though it clearly appeared on our receipt. My husband had to wait another 40 minutes for the remainder of the order. When he mentioned that this had happened before, the staff laughed at him without any apologies!!!
I always support local businesses and understand that occasional mistakes occur. I let the first incident go. However, this time no one apologized, and we were treated dismissively for an error that was not ours. That is not acceptable.

I was a weekly regular at Karl’s for a long time. Been going downhill for some time. Last time might be the last time. Wings were scrawny (they used to be meaty), barely any rub, and to add insult to injury the celery was wilted (or half-rotten, I fear). All good things come to an end, I guess.

we took advantage of Krazy Karl’s free single topping pizzas on the last day they offered them. we both ordered extra toppings for an uncharted but they dont try to scimp on toppings! I also think its super smart the way that they keep the bar/restaurant/sit-down sergice seperate from their carryout. i can see all kinds of ways that is beneficial. as a guest, i like the way it doesnt interfere with the ambiance of the meal. as an employee, i would like the way you can focus fully on the customer because you arent being bombarded with noise of the restaurant. Also the service, speed, quality of ingredients, taste of the pizza, cleanliness of the restaurant, as well as the variety of toppings choices will bring us back again. of course, being a couple that receives food stamps benefits, we dont eat out frequently, and since we both work in food service, we are self proclaimed (but cheap) “foodies.” what im trying to say, is that we KNOW a good pizza when we taste it, and Krazy Karls is great pizza. it is INCREDIBLE that they found it in their hearts and budget to give back to the community in a time of need.

Great little pizza joint to enjoy a game at. Quite, clean and warm. The wait staff was friendly and kind. The fiod was delicious and their specials are extremely well priced. Highly recommend the meatballs. We will be back here again.

It was fine. Server was nice
Kitchen seemed slow to get food out despite only three tables being occupied. Sports on TV. Okay music selection. I dont drink but the drink specials looked priced right for college budgets.

I don’t know what happened to the Campus West location but I had an ex boyfriend who used to work there a long time ago and I was almost always happy with the food. I stopped going for a while after the expansion and just realized it’s closed! I ordered from this timberline location and it’s honestly even better than I remember and not just because I was hungry. It’s crunchy where you want it to be crunchy, flavorful, and just good stuff. I hope they expand again, or are LEAST keep this location open for Fort Collins.

What an absolutely amazing restaurant, owned by absolutely amazing people. Thank you for the pizzas. Thank you for your service to our community. Thank you for being you. Many of us would’ve gone hungry if it wasn’t for places like you. Such an incredible act! I pray to whatever you believe in returns all of it back to you 100 fold, and then after it’s returned to you, I hope your kindness is repaid in full. You guys deserve all of the praises.

You’ll see on my profile I only comment when it’s amazing or terrible. More positive by far than negative.

Just waited two hours for a medium pizza and wings that got delivered at the bar cold.l for pickup. Absolutely no disrespect to the staff who are busting their butts in the back, seems like management has decided to understaff and underdeliver.

RIP Krazy Karl’s of old, timely and affordable. Spend your money at the new Fuego pizza on Lemay within a 5 min drive for a 20 minute pizza worth the price and wait.
