went in for our weekend breakfast as we normally do every weekend.. Received my food with one sandwich short. When I brought it up I was looked like I was wrong. she turned around and the sandwich (sausage McMuffin extra cheese) was sitting on the chute. She grabbed it and handed it to me saying nothing.. Seems like customer service and accuracy is rare at this location. The employee was Dana? as I think I understand her say. Young girl with glasses and blue hair, wearing sweat pants and white headphones over both ears. I’m sure this is not standard uniform for sweat pants and headphones . The week before we door dashed missing 2 sausage burritos missing.. Way to take convenience away from the whole idea of convenience.. However that was handled awesomely by Whitney.. Let’s do better McDonald’s!!!! Judging by the comments it doesn’t seem McDonald’s cares to do anything about these things..

We frequent this particular McDonald’s 4-5 times a week as I love their Diet Coke. The customer service is awful. We visited there yesterday. 1st window takes my payment and hands me a receipt but says NOTHING. The 2nd window hands me my bag and 1 drink. I ordered 2. As we were waiting I realized she handed me the wrong order. Clearly her mistake as we stayed in line in the order we were served. She opened the window and rudely spoke to me about having the wrong order like it was my fault. I handed the order along with the drink,which was incorrect, back to her. They were clearly going to serve it to the next person even though my husband had taken a drink out of the cup. Pretty sure this is against health code. She was extremely rude again as she handed me my food. I don’t expect a long conversation but I do expect to be treated nicely and to be spoken to. Whoever is in charge of the training needs to be fired. Rarely do they speak and we hardly ever get a thank you. It’s beyond ridiculous and rude. We won’t be back!! I’m tired of the rudeness and disrespect. You all better figure out your customer service because it sucks!! I would give 0 stars for service if it let me!!

Always have to wait when we go here, you’re lucky if someone says hi or has a smile on their face. Half the time the food is cold. Usually have to go to arbys to get a milkshake. I get extra pickles on my McChicken, I’m lucky if there’s 3 on there. Once they gave me a box of pickles and a box of chicken nuggets, I’m not sure what that was about? Today- 5 nuggets in my 6 pc box.

Sunday night 10pm. Not very busy at all so you would think you might get good food and service. Person on the drive you seemed unhappy to be there. Then we received our cold fries and Big Mac with no shredded lettuce. This is not the first time. Quality control at this time of the evening is non existent.

I got a crispy sandwich but the Crispy pati had definitely been sitting in the cabinet for over 2 hours very hard and gross to eat after paying $10 for it. This was around 9:15pm 7/28/25. Everything else was pretty good for the time of night. Just rotating was not being done and needs to be enforced better. Thank you for your time.

We live 5 minutes from this location. We get food from this location often. I am going to start driving to a different location due to the poor quality of food and the constant mistakes made to the order. The food is often cold, the soda machine needs changed but they still serve it to you, so you get a nice surprise when you take a drink. They rarely get the order right, over the past 4 months the order has been wrong everytime. The food is served cold

Posting here because my receipt was dropped outside when they finally brought my food out. Did curbside pick up, it took over 15 min for them to bring the food out. When they did, all the fries were cold, along with one of the happy meals, and it was the skimpiest set of fries. One of the kid fries had maybe 10 in there, and the large fry didn’t even come up to the divot of the container. At least the order was correct.

This location just keeps getting worse and worse. Was in the drive thru. Car in front of us recieved our drinks when they realized the drinks werent theirs they handed them back. I pull up they hand me the drinks that had been in the car in front of me, I said no I want new drinks because they were in their car. The guy slammed the window on me. The fries were not full. Which it’s like that all the time. The service sucks and the food just gets worse and worse. Will start going further away to another location.

This place is a disaster. Im not quick to write bad reviews but after 3+ times of trying this place, with issues EVERY SINGLE TIME, here’s my review. There’s always issues. The employees are rude. The food is always wrong. There’s always an excessive wait. Just go to a different McDonald’s. Its NOT worth the issues you get!!
