Wonderful experience at Bacao Seville. Very close to the city centre, nice ambiance and the servers were very profesional and friendly. The food was delicious, You have to get the Meatballs with aged beef and folie gras. Can also recommend the Russian salad starter and the pork cheeks. We actually came back the next day to try the brioche bread starter with pulled pork and it didn’t disappoint.

The best food we had in Spain. We got dry rice with roast pork knuckle, as the main course, and payoyo cheesecake with pistachio praline, for the dessert. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. Service and atmosphere are excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Lasagna was the worse I’ve ever had. Service also worse. I told the server that the lasagna was not good and she was just mute. I then told her that it’s burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, got cold in a couple of minutes and she said it was because it was in the oven. I mean I hope it was in the oven haha?! She said she would ask the kitchen what they can do about it. I told her I’m turned off from the lasagna that I don’t want to eat here anymore. She said she is helping them out so she doesn’t know what they will say?! like tell them exactly my feedback instead of arguing with a customer. I had to explain to her what she would do if she was a customer. She was being rude and finally she came back to me and said we won’t charge you for the lasagna like thank you that’s what I wanted to hear. And she rolled her eyes at me and got the bill. I told her I saw her rolling her eyes and the service is not good..it’s not my fault the lasagna looks not good and also didn’t taste good at all. She mentioned that in the two years she has been working there, she never received a complaint about the lasagna. Her energy was off in the beginning too. I had a reservation and she didn’t let me sit on the table I wanted to sit on. There was no one inside the restaurant either and I asked if it would even get full. She said yes and by the time I left there were only two other tables that were occupied.

It was a small beautiful and cozy place , everything on the menu looked great . We went for the rice with Iberian meat it was probably the best rice dish I had here . The rice was super tasty and the meat was juicy. I would definitely recommend this place

Eat here on the last night of our three nights. All our food had been good but Baco took it to a different level. Beautifully cooked food , lovely wine and great service. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

We ordered the “Si Señorito” paella and it was excellent. The shrimp and squid were perfectly cooked. Just be prepared to take your time — when we went, both ordering and receiving the food took a while. That said, the service was friendly, and both the staff and menu were easy to understand. Everything else was great, and the house dry white wine was also a wonderful choice.

Wow!!! Me and my friend came here after our trip to the cathedral. INCREDIBLE! She got the glazed salmon and I got the meatballs and we were astonished. The servings were huge but just right. The meatballs melted in my mouth, and my friend who loves seafood said this was the best cooked salmon she’s had in her life. We could come here again and again. Must try in Sevilla!

BACAO was a great stop for dinner with a great atmosphere, food and service. The staff was attentive and friendly, food was nicely presented and delicious and place is cozy without feeling cramped or noisy. I would recommend when in Seville
