I came here because I saw the CEO online and he looked like the real deal but the first experience with the drive through was interesting. Their shake and apparently custard machine was done. The drive through offered no substitute. I finally got home and took my first bite. The burger was dry and had taste of mustard. I ended up having to put more mustard and add mayo. Pretty disappointed. Great marketing and old times feel but the mark is missed. I’ll keep going to in n out and PTerrys.

Even one of my boys, who isn’t a burger eater at all—he’s strictly a chicken sandwich kind of guy—calls Freddy’s his second favorite burger joint. That says a lot, because if Freddy’s can win him over, you know it’s something special.
On this visit, I decided to try the new Smoky Bacon Cheddar Stack Burger, and wow, it blew me away. It’s easily one of the best burgers I’ve had at Freddy’s. The combination of the smoky bacon, melted cheddar, and that soft, slightly sweet Hawaiian bread bun just hits different. It ties everything together so perfectly that I really hope they keep this burger as a permanent menu item.
Of course, I couldn’t pass up Freddy’s shoestring fries. They’re super crispy, perfectly thin, and with that addictive French fry seasoning sprinkled on top, they’re salty goodness at its finest. To finish things off, I treated myself to the Strawberry Dream Cake Sundae, and it was absolutely delicious—creamy custard, fruity sweetness, and cake pieces that make every spoonful a treat.
Between the smash-style steakburgers, fries, and amazing custard desserts, Freddy’s is always our spot. Friendly service, family-friendly vibes, and food that hits the spot every single time.

Great experience all around. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out surprisingly fast for a busy Friday night. What really stood out, though, was the service. DeAndre was fantastic! Super friendly, attentive, and incredibly considerate, especially with my 2.5‑year‑old. He checked in at the right moments, helped us get settled, and made the whole meal feel easy and enjoyable despite the crowd.

“I visited Freddy’s Steakburgers for the first time with my family, drawn in by the photos in the windows while looking for an address. Unfortunately, our experience was not the best. When we received our food, it was in terrible condition. I spoke with the manager, who only offered to remake the order, which I declined, understanding that sometimes things go wrong.
Today, I decided to return since I had subscribed to the rewards program, but things got worse. The floor was very dirty, the tables were sticky, and there was no one attending. I even saw an employee sleeping on the benches, and I had to go find someone in the kitchen to get help.
The only redeeming quality was the taste of the food and the ice cream, which were really good. However, I don’t think I will return, as there are many other options available. I hope they can improve, as the place has potential.”
Before I left, I saw a young man who looked homeless entering behind the restaurant and taking things without anyone stopping him.

I love Freddy’s, their burgers and fries are amazing and are a steal for the price. Only thing I regret and kinda ruined my meal was deviating from my original of just getting a frozen custard.
Instead getting a turtle concrete, which was somewhat solid when I received it without a lid. Unfortunately it immediately turned into a milkshake not even 3 mins later. Idk if it cause they didn’t put in the fridge cause there was a line to pay/ pick up the food and it melted quicker. Or maybe I shot myself in the foot in not just getting my usual order
Either way it was bummer cause the burger, fries and cheese curds never disappoint. Great customer service, dw I’ll be back… just getting my usual frozen custard

My boss and I grab a few quarts a couple of times a week. Ive given up on Blue Bell, its not as good as Freddy’s custard IMO.
