LOVe this location. The manager that works in the mornings is so great. I always do an app order and either pick up in drive through or at the door. It’s always on time and always perfect. My order is so high maintanence with a lot of substitutions and they’ve never gotten it wrong. Thank you to the staff for attention to detail!

I’ve enjoyed dining at this Panera Bread location. it’s a comfortable, casual spot and friendly staff, and it’s great that they offer fresh soups, sandwiches, salads, and coffee. My order has never been wrong. I usually do the drive through pick up

Haven’t been here in almost a year since my last two experiences were subpar, but this one took the cake. Restaurant incredibly dirty, bathroom was DISGUSTING. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Was here about 25 mins, were maybe 10-15 people in the dining area, very slow, but the tables were not bussed so it was hard to find a booth to sit in. Got one of their table markers for the food to be brought to the table. Didn’t bring it, just shouted my name out loud to make me come get it(don’t mind at all, but why give the marker?) staff and management nowhere to be seen while the dining area and restaurant in general was grossly unkept(I can’t imagine how the kitchen is ). The atmosphere here is awful as there were(appeared to be) two homeless men in a booth all with their belongings scattered on the floor near them and taking up the booth behind and in front of them. Random person speaking foreign language near my table screaming on the telephone for nearly 10mins while I’m trying to eat. Food was okay, but they served my soup cold, which is disappointing, but by far the least of the problems here. This staff does not care about this restaurant or the people that come in here by the way they act and look after the place. Really gone down hill. Won’t be returning. I prefer not to leave a poor review as I know it’s not great for business, but the way this place has become is really sad. I used to enjoy coming here between classes, but man it’s really disgusting and just not good enough to spend money here anymore. Hope they turn it around!

Service was good, slow but very nice. The food was disappointing, especially since Panera is so danged pricey. There was very little (and very dry) meat on the Spicey Asiago sandwich. The roast beef dip was also extremely dry and not very flavorful. The au jus was not au jus, it was mediocre onion soup. I had to add mayo to eat it.

Definitely NOT worth the money.

Ordered on the kiosk at 9:29am. Didn’t get my food 9:40am. But I got the “your order is ready” text at 9:34am. When I went to tge order pick up window, the worker says “we’re waiting on eggs.” Hot my refund at 9:42. Wasted my entire break with Panera Bread. Thumbs down at this location. And the manager didnt even bother to problem solve.

Hi y’all! Had a few issues getting my sandwich right, but it was good once they got everything on it that menu said it should contain. Don’t forget that delicious broccoli cheddar soup!

I enjoy coming to this location because the staff is always kind, patient and helpful. My food comes out quickly, and if I need something else, the staff is quick to get it. My favorites to order are the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad, Tomato soup, and the Smoked bbq chicken sandwich. I actually avoided coming here for awhile because the food quality took a nose dive. I could get better food elsewhere for a better price. I returned recently to give them another chance, and I’m glad I did. What I ordered looked good and tasted like I remember it tasting before. I have returned a few times since then. I hope they keep up the quality and nice presentation of the food that we all know Panera Bread to have had in the past.

Update: We resubscribed to SipClub, but have literally been told they don’t have Dr. Pepper when ordering. They absolutely have Dr. Pepper and Diet Dr. Pepper. It’s ridiculous for employees to not even know what drinks are offered.

This Panera has particularly slow service, so now that they’ve moved the cups behind the counter, without improving, I’ve canceled Sip Club, which means I’ll no longer be a customer at all. Everyone I know has done the same. It’s just not convenient to run inside, use the kiosk, wait for the cup and get my drinks. Nor is the drive-through speedy in any way. More often than not, you’re directed to wait in line instead of someone bringing it to the car. If not, they’ll ask you to pull around to the front and wait in front of the doors, while cars line up behind you. If you park in the designated spots FOR pickup, they act put out. Since the app is buggy and slow, there’s just no convenient way to even get a drink, let alone eat a wildly overpriced meal.

The trash can doors are also left open several times a week. It wouldn’t be worth mentioning if it didn’t pose a risk to drivers, but it does, because the doors jut right into the entrance. This is a code violation. The only excuse is pure laziness. That’s not super surprising from a business that’s so often closed due to short staffing, though. If you love Panera, I’d recommend a different location.

Service was great but the food was not. I ordered a bowl of soup and it came with a piece of bread. The bread was cold and it didn’t come with butter. Portion of soup was small, I paid $9. The soup tasted like it came from Walmart.
