I’m submitting my reviews backwards – let me start by saying, this is my third Sonic in 1.5 weeks that I’ve eaten at and I am happy to say, I have not been disappointed.

As a kid, Sonic was the go to. Something changed in the quality over the years where the food was saturated in grease and the smell was unappealing. Due to the that, I hadn’t Sonic in maybe 10+ years.

Being my third location, in a week and a half, the moment my food arrived, wow! Quality is on point! The buns have a slight sweetness (not like overly sweet), the tomatoes and lettuce were bright and flavorful, the cheese was normal, and the fries weren’t soggy with oil plus the limeade diet with easy ice was cool.
The gal with the green nail polish that gave me my food, I wish I could recall your name (I’m sorry) checked back in after I threw my trash away and asked how it was. I said, ‘Amazing… so good’ – add additional adjectives to understand how remarkable it was.

Any who, thanks for a great third experience! I’ve told three people already .

Came to do a Door Dash Pickup they were only taking mobile order and delivery orders. The manager white guy with red hair answered then never responded back with anything took his headset off, and continued talking or deescalating a situation. Instead saying we will be right out completely ignored our request for pickup. This was extremely frustrating and inappropriate behavior by a manager. He should have said something to us instead of ignoring us. I understand he has a job and etc but this is our job as well.

This is a joke. I ordered a route 44 cherry limeade, easy ice — and I received a drink with the entire bottom filled with about 20 cherries. EXTREMELY unprofessional and unacceptable. I spoke with Jay at this location and was only told “I’ll talk to whoever made it.”

Terrible service. The employees refused to serve me because I spoke Spanish. Cars with English-speaking customers arrived, and they were served immediately, their orders taken while I was still waiting. When they finally did serve me, they didn’t pay attention to my order. I had ordered a classic burger with a chocolate milkshake, and when they brought my order, I received the burger and a Coca-Cola. I explained to the waiter who served me that this wasn’t what I had ordered, but of course, it was because they hadn’t even bothered to write down my order correctly. I had to pay for it anyway and took it home. Very poor, racist service.

The experience was awful. We waited over an hour for our food and had ordered online before we got there. They were not handing out orders efficiently or in a fast manner at all. They came out and asked multiple times for peoples names and orders and did not serve them in the order they came. They were not in a hurry. We had to tell them what to make. Even when we got our order we were still missing things. Yes it was extremely busy, but with how fast they were working you would have thought they had five people waiting instead of a crowd standing outside the door.

This is I swear to God the fifth time that I have pulled up to this Sonic and have attempted to place an order only to never have anyone respond to me or even come out to the car to notify me if there’s a breakdown in communication systems or anything All five times I have set trying to place an order for a minimum of 20 minutes before deciding to leave. It is 6:18 p.m. and I am leaving this facility because once again I can’t get anyone to help me I’m beginning to think this is some sort of an illegal front and not really a Sonic at all that’s how bad it is

I went there and ordered a burger with only tomato pickle and mayonnaise and received a burger that had a ton of lettuce and extra onion on it and barely any pickle and there was only one tomato. My fries were completely burnt and my cherry Sprite had absolutely way too much cherry in it like an unhealthy amount you could not taste the Sprite. The food took 20 minutes to come out. Terrible experience at this sonic.

We pull up there’s two people and a manager all laughing it up not taking the orders. There were five people sitting in the parking lot saying either the button is not working or they’re just not taking the orders. They were in there laughing it up playing with the speaker. Every time we press the button they cut the speaker off. They continued to laugh it up. Once she took our order 8 minutes later she told us that they don’t take card and then gave us the drinks for free and she said this as she was eyeing me. We asked her why and she said it’s bootleg in here. She continued to have an attitude problem. Every time I go to this sonic it’s the same issues when she is here.

We got there at 12:40am and sat with the little red button blinking for 15 min with no response. We specifically drove from Grand Prairie because this sonic was supposed to still be open. Y’all need to change the hours of operation if it’s up to the employees when orders can be taken
