Fazoli’s left my home town many years ago, excited to see one in Pueblo. Staff was smiling, pleasant and helpful. Bread sticks were amazing like I remember. I had the baked spaghetti with the meatballs, and it was very good. I enjoyed every bite.

Clean enjoyable location. Very prompt and efficient service. Recommended Combo option but didn’t have a pizza ready. Ultimate Platter was nicely prepared and I enjoyed it greatly. Due to early on the lunch crowd, staffing was low and I had to go get my own extra breadsticks. Overall still a five-star for fast food.

I visit this Fazoli’s regularly, usually through the drive-thru, and it’s almost always a good experience. The food is hot, the orders are prepared quickly, and everything tastes decent. It’s become one of my go-to spots when I want something consistent after a long day.
I also want to specifically recognize Nick for his service. On one visit, there was a mix-up with my order. Mistakes happen, but what stood out was how professionally he handled it. When I came back through the drive-thru, he listened, apologized, and had the correct order made right away without any hassle or attitude. He even added a little extra to make up for the inconvenience.
So overall pretty decent, I mean if the food was bad I probably wouldn’t keep going back, But seeing as I’m leaving a good review that should be telling.
If you’re looking for something quick and craving Italian food, It’s a pretty solid choice.

My decision to eat at Fazolis was based on the photos assumingly taken by customers. WTH!
Did I go to the rt place?
Stepping in, the place had an old musty smell(not Italian), but it was clean with its 1970’s atmosphere. Ok, con’ting on.
The food, When it finally made it to the table, had my sisters order wrong, and the garlic chicken ravioli with something resembling Alfredo sauce was my order along with a salad.
The salad was over-refridgerated iceberg lettuce. I asked for another salad. Same yucky salad.
The chicken on the pasta was …umm,
scrawny, thin, and overcooked! Making me once again wonder,did I come to the rt place? My sister finally received her chicken Alfredo ravioli (20 min later)i. It was freshly made and to my surprise looked and tasted fresh. That plate along with the not as pictured breadsticks (marginal at best) gave them the second star in my review.
I believe the owner is trying to save an Old favorite restaurant. Whew, good luck with it

I’ve eaten there before and its usually good.
But this last time it was awful got the loaded bake spaghetti and the sausage was burnt not just over cook it was black inedible. Spaghetti was dry dry no bacon to be seen 3 or 4 mushrooms.
The kind of meal that makes you never wanna go back. The girl at the window you could tell didn’t wanna be there.

My son and I had a great experience here today. We apparently beat the rush so we were helped at the counter very quickly, made our order and found our seats. The hostess was very nice and brought us extra bread sticks with out even asking jus coz my son said he was excited to have some! The food came out and was hot and fresh. We’ll definitely be going here again!

The food is ALWAYS delicious but it’s always wrong when I pick it up. Tonight, the order wasn’t only wrong, but it’s missing paid for pieces. I broke my Femur, so after ordering online, I sent my dad to pick it up with high hopes that things would be different. When he returned, the tradition continued. I paid for mushrooms and received broccoli instead, and the pepperoni pizza wasn’t in the bag either. The sauce on the side wings, were on the wings, and there wasn’t a ranch included either. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and they’ve never had a problem fixing the orders, but it shouldn’t be mistaken every single time TO HAVE to refix. This time, I can’t drive back, and my dad doesn’t want to waste the gas this go around. I love this place, I just wish they would do things correctly. On the flip side, I have tried some pretty neat combinations from all the errors throughout the year. Tonight’s concoction was broccoli in spaghetti, and as much as I’d prefer the paid for mushrooms, it wasn’t too bad.

Tried and true Fazoli’s. Been eating at this chain since I was a kid and I’ve never been disappointed. Bread sticks are better than Olive Garden. Our server Victoria was on top of it and checked on us when needed.

The food was great but what really made our experience exceptional was our waiter Nick! He was so friendly and attentive. I seen him stocking and cleaning and checking on all customers! He really is an asset to this establishment.
