Absolutely amazing! This new Krispy Kreme in Lakeland is on another level. They have the full production line inside, so you can watch the entire donut-making process from start to finish, it’s incredible to see!

First time at an actual location and truly had an amazing experience. It was pretty awesome getting a look behind the scenes and watching how the donuts are made but what made the experience 10x better was Howard! He was super sweet and made sure we got our fresh batch. Awesome energy and super patient. Great asset to the company! How could I not leave a review with customer service like that! Will be returning!! Also, manager on duty was kicking butt!!

Went to Krispy Kreme in North Lakeland, horrible experience! The “Manager” was rude! The doughnuts were not fresh! The doughnuts not being fresh didn’t compare to how rude the manager was. I asked how long the doughnuts I was given had been sitting and was told, Dunkin has good doughnuts and I could always go there. Needless to say I made sure to let her know how I felt about her statement. Outside of the store they have a horrible bee problem as well. Rude, bad doughnuts and taking a risk of getting a bee sting-no thanks!

Arrived at 10am excited for donuts since we don’t have Krispy kreme near where we live. They are almost completely out of donuts. I counted 6 employees mostly just standing around. We got some of their holes, which were good. Maybe they had a reason for not having donuts but she didn’t provide one.

When I moved here and found there was a Krispy Kreme donut within 1 mile of my house, I was ecstatic. One afternoon when visiting a nearby store I stopped in to get a donut and coffee… It was one of the worst cups of bitter, burnt, coffee I’ve ever had. The donut was so stale it cracked when I bit into it. The donut had to have been a few days old and the coffee had to have been on the warming burner all day long.

What is better than a fresh, warm, Krispy Kreme glazed donut? Nothing! This location was well stocked with a nice variety of tasty bakery goods. Friendly employees at both the front counter and drive through window. Enjoyable to watch the products being made. Definately the place to pick up some special treats.
