As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

i came here for a grilled chicken meal and fully loaded fries and I seen this boy working by himself he looked really exhausted but still came to serve me with a smile on his face and gave me the best options on the menu. food was good everything was fresh just how I like it thanks to him.

Was sitting at the drive through radio for 10 minutes, then I noticed all the cars were gone and they still hadn’t taken my order. I drive up the the window and these 2 were sitting having a conversation and Continued to have the conversation for another 2 minutes before they finally decided to open the window . Once opening the window , neither of them acknowledged anything that happened and skipped past what I had said . The guy with gold rusty teeth took my order with an attitude, and proceeded to give me attitude even after handing me the food and condiments. I hope this get taken care of . The food was great, I had a large vanilla milk shake and a medium free, but they ran out of ketchup.
After carefully reviewing multiple recent comments, I fear we are all talking about the same 2 people. ( rust teeth and boy/girl) they must be removed from this establishment indefinitely immediately. ⚖️

I hate Checkers on OBT, I walked and ordered a four dollar meal. It took almost 30 minutes before I got my sandwich, and they wanna take their time and on the phone. This Spanish young lady talk a lot of trash instead of doing her job, and she had her boyfriend on the job trying to protect her and her nasty mouth. He almost got a behind whipping from me. They are slow and nasty attitude, I want be going back there anymore. If things are not going to get better, someone is going to get hurt. People’s have jobs and trying to get something quick. This will not be a good place for them to go.

while the other Burger establishments talk a good game about value, checkers is the only one who follows through on that promise. I am down on my luck without much money but my friend and I are able to feast at checkers. kudos for your great strategy and excellent food. And the service is especially exceptional given how busy the job is

I really just wanted a sweet treat but I get there and drive thru was “closed” so we went to window and I was behind a woman that I guess was a friend of the employee, she ordered her food and told them bring it to the car I get to the window that they wouldn’t even open for me and asked if drive thru was closed and the woman at window said that they were closed for the night. Diabolical.. shout out to the checkers on John young and colonial.

I visited this Checkers last night around 2 AM and had a very disappointing experience. A man claiming to be the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, and as I was walking away, he actually cursed at me. If this person is truly the manager, it reflects very poorly on the establishment. I hope the company takes this seriously, because customers should never be treated this way.

I ordered my food from checker’s and I didn’t get my 2nd sandwich and i believe the driver ate it or they never put in the bag and I’m very upset and feeling scammed! And the burger I got looked like its old and stale! And I didn’t get the fish sandwich I ordered! The driver said checkers didn’t want to give me the sandwich I was missing….. That’s rude!
But wait? There’s more! I asked for a sprite and got a coke? Unbelievable……. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING DOOR DASH FOR CHECKERS THEY COMPLETE MESSED UP MY ORDER BUT WANT MY MONEY? WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!

Bugs on my drink food missing I just had a baby this is disgusting in the hospital didn’t get what I order then for bugs to be on my drink ? The staff there are beyond rude they don’t even speak to you or tell you the price they just put their hands out for the money…. Since they have this AI machine they feel as if they don’t have to do ANYTHING food is always over fried or DRY don’t even bother wasting your time or money unless you want to argue with somebody…Always poor customer service and they’re always beyond slow…. DO BETTER
