Not up to the standards of Mellow Mushroom. Service not good. Had no Splenda. Had to ask twice for sweetener. And wait. Didn’t bring kids’ food out until we took initiative. Wasn’t overcrowded. Just poor service. We frequently eat at the Acworth location on Cedacrest and LOVE it.

Our server ( Beard Man ) was his name tag. One of the best servers we have EVER had at any restaurant! I just can’t give a higher rating for him or I would. Also the food was of the chain amazing better than the your other one in Cartersville which we have been to many times. You have completely won my family and I over and we will definitely be coming back ALOT. You seriously need to give our server a raise! We had a miss hap with a different server bringing out our food and as soon as he noticed what happened he immediately made sure it was taken care of. My rating is 15 stars…

Each time we come here we have a great time! The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly! We always come to try something new on the menu! This night, we were hoping to get another recommendation from Jackson, but he wasn’t there. So shout out to Jackson because he’s one of the best waiters there! They’re Cloud 9 chicken wings are delicious, and I wished we ordered more! They always have really good drinks. I ordered a sunrise or a sunset and asked the bartender if she could put peach rings for me, and she did! We also order a small half and half pizza: The Funky Q Chicken and The Pacific Rim! Both are really good! We ate them before we realized we hadn’t taken a picture! Sorry!

You guys… I love MM 99% of the time. Tonight I waited forever on an order I called in ahead. After 20 minutes found out no one ever started making it. Finally got it, drove the 6-8 minutes home and it is somehow ice cold in the middle. It’s winter – the heat is on, plus I turn my seat heaters on to keep food hot when I get to-go food. The salad is fine (hey, it’s supposed to be cold, so nailed it), but my calzone is like… like it was a frozen item they didn’t heat through all the way. Like when you microwave something and it has a cold spot in the middle. I’m so disappointed. I still tipped well despite the wait of course, but I shouldn’t have had to pay full price for this crap. Guess I’ll go have Chef Mike fix it… Chef Mic? My microwave. Or maybe it will get to see the inside of an oven for the first time?

The people and service were horrible. I thought the host was the rudest ever until I met the hostess. We were sitting with our group and we separated 2 tables next to us so we would have enough room. The server was ok with it but the host and hostess came over and demanded the table back. No one ever came to sit at the tables. We were still jammed in so we left. We will never come back. Cool loking place Food is OK . Steer clear of the meatball appetizer. 3 sauces. Expectation is meatball sauce, another meatball, a different sauce, repeat. It’s just 3 different sauces slapped over a plate of meatballs. Great thought, poor execution. It’s just a mess. Our server forgot to add the chicken to my wife’s salad, and the kitchen totally forgot my son’s meatball sub. Our server disappeared halfway through service, before we determined my sons meal was MIA. She was seated at an 11-top. She never came back. Another waiter we flagged down got my sons sub order fixed. My wife tried to speak with the manager, and a staff member was sent back to tell her he would take the chicken off the bill. Which was not the purpose. Anyway hadnt been back in years gave it a shot w friend to play trivia. Wont be back. Mediocre pizza, baked wings (all of Buffalo Shuttered), and service ypu expect from poorly managed 20 year-olds. Good beer selection but out of most dark beers. GO BEER!

Really nice people, that are willing to go out of their way to make sure you get what you came in for.
Had some pretzel bites with the beer cheese sauce, the pretzels were really good but I think the sauce needed to be a bit thicker
My wife and I ordered the cloud 9 wings (10/10) it was perfect (saucy,garlicky)
We split a small pizza. Half was the pacific rim, and the other half was the bbq pizza
Pacific rim was sweet yet salty at the same time great combo
(I don’t recommend it if your not a fan of pineapple)

I have to say, Mellow Mushroom is literally my go-to spot for pizza! Their cheese pizza is THE BEST – I mean, it’s like they’ve perfected the art of cheesy goodness! The crust is always perfectly crispy, the sauce is tangy and sweet, and don’t even get me started on the cheese blend. It’s like a party in your mouth!
What really sets Mellow Mushroom apart, though, is their love and care for their customers. I’ve been going there with my husband and the staff always makes us feel like family!
