The new look is nice but I feel they should still have a cashier taking orders for people who do not know how to use the kiosk. Also there’s a wall at the register up front that makes you feel like it was put there purposely so employees are not bothered by customers. Very impersonal. Also if you want a refill, need extra napkins or anything else you have to hope you get seen at the register and ask for it. There’s no one to great you or to offer help at the kiosk. In my picture this is the wall I mentioned in my comment.

My pumpkin pies order was incomplete. I came back to get the missing ones and the drive thru traffic had picked up. So I came inside to correct my order. Manager Jeremy gave me extra cookies for making the drive back he said. Very appreciative of his kindness. I could hear him getting status of my fresh pies while he oversaw the drive thru line and front counter. Top notch management skills.

The gentleman at the first window was very nice and professional, and I truly appreciated his customer service. However, the woman who brought my order to the last window was very rude and lacked basic manners. Her behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. If she does not enjoy her job, she should consider finding employment elsewhere. Customers deserve to be treated with respect. A simple Thank you or You’re welcome goes a long way.

The person who was supposed to e working the counter ignored me for almost 10 minutes, until someone else took my order.
Perhaps the worker does not know that kiosks don’t recognize military id’s (this stormilitary discount for discounts) or custom orders (I wanted an extra sausage patty).
After I placed my order, I observed the worker interacting with other customers. She was friendly. But she never once acknowledged my existence.
I spoke to the manager, a young girl who listened politely and simply said she would talk to her.
The “3” rating is too high.
PS – No one wore name tags.
Edited to add: As I left the restaurant, a. ustomer.ran after me, yelling that I was rude.
When I asked her who she was,her response was “You’re going to find out”. She wasnot an employee, just a customer – Hispanic female in her 40s-50s,short hair, glasses, wearing a too tight t-sbirt and tight leggings.
Yeah – I am definitely NEVER going g back there.

Ordered a sausage n egg biscuit meal and ended up with a chicken sandwich lol I called to let them know hoping they can make it right then the girl took 5 mins to try and find my order then she said she couldn’t, then I hear another lady in the background saying (well there’s nothing we can do about it) so your telling me I paid with card gave ull the receipt number and the order number and ull still can’t find it ? That’s crazy and super unprofessional

If you like to get points on your app when you order i would not recommend this location every time i come they say my code doesn’t work but it works at any other McDonalds. With that being said they do not make the food in a reasonable amount of time you will wait at minimum 10 minutes for your food if not longer and the fries will more than likely be cold when you get your food.

We did curbside pickup. We waited 30 minutes for a fish fillet meal. Just that. It was raining and I had to go in to figure out what was going on. (Me doing the curbside pickup job instead of an employee. I should have waited in the long line at the drive thru) They need more employees. The atmosphere felt unfriendly. The family I used to feel when I was little is gone. No one greets you at the counter. One guy running in circles trying to pack all the bags. Lady with the headset took the drive through order. She could have multitasked and help packed the bags while taking orders. I saw only 3 people cookig the food. The fish fillet texture was rubbery and did not have the fresh taste like it used to. Temperature of the fish fillet was room temperature. Macdonald was my go to growing up and up till now: I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the new changes.

I went through the drive thru
I was having a hard time understanding the speaker.
I had to ask him to repeat himself more than once
Finally, got my order through NFL bundle
I was already in line for about 10 minutes
Had to wait another 10 minutes for my order.
I get home and only received half my order
So I had to go back only cause I was going to feed half of my grandkids.so I get to McDonalds and again there’s a long line thru the drive thru
So I park my car and get off
So I go to counter there’s an open space
And I stood there no one approached me to ask if I needed something so I asked
I would like to speak to a manager one of the employees looked at the lady in front of her
And as I explained why I was there
She asked me if I didn’t get my spicy burgers I said no she looked at me got a bag and grabbed the spicy burgers and gave them to me
And walked away
Poor management skills
No apologies or offered anything for the inconvenience
I am no longer going to that McDonalds again
I always say that cause I’ve been to that location and employees always have attitude and as long as they keep us waiting they shouldn’t have attitude be more courteous isn’t it supposed to be fast food so why the long wait

Employee’s unfortunately at McDonald’s have been trained to no longer interact or treat guests as valued customers. There food has stayed the same, which is good but is now almost 4 times the price. I tried to order at the counter, like you would at any other fast food chain, and was told they would not take my order I had to use a screen and order myself because I was just wasting time waiting at the counter and no one intended on serving me. I’d prefer not to touch the screens to order because they are dirty, and I enjoy interaction and good customer service. It’s sad to know that many of our found childhood memories of McDonald’s won’t be shared by our children when we can go to Whataburger for the same price and be treated like family.
