Attention Store Manager,

I wanted to bring a concern to your attention regarding my recent visit to your McDonald’s location. I asked to use the restroom as a courtesy before placing an order, and the staff questioned whether I had purchased anything. After waiting approximately eight minutes for the door to be unlocked, I was finally let in — only to find the restroom in extremely poor and unsanitary condition, with a strong odor and overall unpleasant environment.

Because of this experience, I did not feel comfortable purchasing food from the location. In addition, the staff’s tone and approach during the interaction came across as rude and unwelcoming.

I’m sharing this feedback so it can be addressed, as a clean environment and respectful service are essential for customers who choose to visit your store.

Blue shirt guy rather text on his phone then acknowledge me. I made a mobile order 20mins ago while in the store. A front counter girl told the texting blue shirt that I’m here for a pick up and he had no urgency whatsoever. The customers who ordered in store have all gotten their order already and I’m still waiting for my mobile order.

I’m not sure if this is a corporate location or a franchise however, what I experienced this morning, March 2nd, at 8:45 a.m. at your McDonald’s location was gross, uncalled for and unprofessional.

I had a miscommunication with two female employees at the front desk, which led to incorrect information about my order. As a result, mishandled my order and was then asked to pay an additional $2.79 again for one single hash brown, despite my clear need for accurate information. The employees showed a lack of concern and professionalism, and this was a huge inconvenience for me. As a customer, I expect better, especially in a situation where I needed prompt and accurate assistance. This is not just a service failure but also a missed opportunity for revenue. I urge you to address this issue with your staff.

DiRTY BATHROOM and BIG HOLES AT ENTRANCE. Surely, YOUY CAR will get destroyed. Bathroom is filthy. Dirty bathroom walls. When you order in self kiosk it doesn’t have paper. No employee said hi when you WALK-IN. Where is the mgmt and owner of this establishment? Aren’t they checking the quality of MCDONALD standard. I wrote an email to McDonald’s corporate office and photos. Never seen any McDonald’s like this .

i wish i could give 0 stars for this location … whoever was on shift 12/6/25 at 3am as drive through and making food behind counter needs to be re trained or given a warning/write up…. whoever made the mistake does not know how to listen or was completely out of it and messing up orders … how hard is it to put in a correct order on a slow night and making sure everything alright? all i ordered was 2 mcchickens with pickles and medium fries and they made 1 mcchicken with onions which i dislike and one with a different kind of chicken patty that does not go on a mcchicken, both had no pickles

Basically your staff is rude. I ordered a chicken strip meal. Aint got 2 sauces with my meal. I also asked for 5 additional sauces and your staff was telling me that y’all have to start charging for extra sauce. I’ve already contacted McDonald’s corporate office and McDonald’s. Corporate office said that is unacceptable. That that is not their standard. They do not charge for extra sauce and I turn around and told him that y’all did not give me my exercise since it was on my receipt and because I did not get my extra sauce. I would no longer eat at another McDonald’s again. And then you’re gonna see how fast you’re gonna lose customers over this. I will not step foot in this mcdonald’s ever again.

I’ve had so many bad experiences with this location its wild . I dont blame the workers I blame mcdonalds itself. Please send this location receipts for the machine so I dont make a fool out of myself when an item of mines is forgotten and I can’t prove it . if this wasn’t this closest restaurant to my job you would never catch me here against my will.

I had a bad customer service experience. An employee named Veronica was extremely rude for no reason towards me and my 7 year old son. Never again will I ever step inside a McDonald’s so call restaurant.
